I’m currently starting a case against this firm for taking $52,000 in profits that were already approved by their own team. What really gets me is that they didn’t just miss a payout—they delayed my payouts for 2 additional weeks, then tried to justify it with that “account rolling” excuse. To be blunt, it feels like they’re not following any clear rule; it’s basically a workaround where they claim you’re “buying too many accounts” or cycling too much activity.

For clarity: my payouts were approved first, and I have documentation to back that up. Instead of simply capping how many accounts someone can purchase or adjusting their policy to handle the situation, they choose to ban traders once you start performing too well. And yes, it seems aimed at anyone who shows real results—because apparently making money is “too much risk.”

This pattern isn’t just in my case. I’ve seen the same thing with other successful traders tied to this firm. So please, do your research and don’t ignore the red flags. In my experience trading with 10+ different prop firms, this is hands down the worst one I’ve dealt with.

They also flex dashboard stats on their leaderboard and even feature it across their main website, but they haven’t paid me from any of the accounts they’re showing off. For the record, I’m the second most paid trader at this entire prop firm—go verify that yourself. I’ll be posting YouTube videos soon with more proof. If you want additional details, feel free to reach out to me.

I bought a review and, at first, everything seemed fine—then they charged my card, but the review didn’t show up on my dashboard. I contacted them right away, and they told me they hadn’t received the payment. The thing is, they didn’t offer any real solution after that, and I was honestly pretty frustrated.

I won’t buy any more reviews from them; they lost my trust.

Update: I can confirm that they eventually provided a solution and I did receive the review. I’m satisfied now, so I’ve changed my rating to very positive. Thank you.

The team at FXIFY was genuinely helpful, and they kept things friendly throughout. I had a couple of questions and they were quick to respond, so it felt easy from start to finish. Overall, a really good experience—nice people, proper support, and no hassle.

Honestly, what stood out to me is that their people really care. It’s the kind of commitment you can feel right away, not just something they say. Overall, a simple but genuine experience.

    AVOID THIS FIRM

I’m writing this review to document how a confirmed platform outage and the impact on my trades were handled by their support team. This isn’t just me being upset—there was a reported outage, and my experience during that window was completely different from what they later claimed.

The company said the outage ran from 14:21 to 14:54 UTC and that traders were impacted. Before that window, all my accounts were flat. Then, during the outage, I had pre-existing limit orders that got filled shortly after the outage began. I was already logged in when things started.

What followed was a pretty clear picture of a broken platform: black and loading screens, empty charts, and eventually a forced logout. During the outage, I couldn’t manage anything—no closing positions, no real interaction with the trading interface.

Also important: while this was happening, I was told explicitly in Discord not to trade and to wait until the issue was resolved. I shared screenshots with support showing the platform was frozen and unusable at the time.

After the outage ended, I followed their instruction and placed one small test trade at 15:31 UTC to confirm functionality. That trade was after the outage, and I’m not disputing that execution.

    Support response issues:

First, it took them about 30 hours to respond. Then they told me that “almost all positions were opened and closed outside the outage window,” which is simply not correct based on the timestamps I provided.

Next, they claimed that because trades opened during the outage window, the platform was “fully functional.” That conclusion doesn’t make sense. Even if orders fill automatically, it doesn’t mean the platform is usable for traders. I couldn’t access charts, couldn’t manage positions, and I couldn’t reliably log back in.

They also ignored the screenshots clearly showing the platform frozen, black/loading, and unusable. Later, the firm claimed the outage “only affected logins,” while at the same time admitting widespread issues—so it contradicts their own announcement and also what users reported.

Despite having evidence (timestamps, screenshots, and chat logs), they refused any further review and said the decision was “final.” I kept requesting a direct escalation to the audit/technical team, but that was refused too—apparently traders aren’t allowed to communicate with them.

Bottom line: other firms handled outage-related losses more reasonably. This company leaned on a technicality (that orders can execute/settle) to deny responsibility, while ignoring that I was told not to trade and that I couldn’t manage positions due to the outage.

    Conclusion:

This was not a fair or transparent process. Evidence was dismissed, platform functionality was misrepresented, and escalation was blocked. If you trade with them, you should know how they treat outages—and what (limited) recourse you’ll have when disputes come up.

Avoid this firm at all costs.

    Edit (based on their response):

They wrote that they conducted “an examination of execution logs and platform data during the reported outage window,” and concluded my trades weren’t adversely affected and that execution occurred under normal market conditions.

That’s clearly misleading. There was a confirmed global outage. If your platform is down for trading (or traders can’t interact with it), then trades are affected—this wasn’t about “pure execution” only. The platform itself wasn’t usable, and that’s the point I raised.

    Edit 2:

After they reinstated my accounts, they closed them again about an hour later while I was still in an active trading session and up significantly for the day. They do everything they can to avoid paying out. I told them I was adjusting the initial review after they issued new accounts, but once they saw I was up for the day, they fully closed me out again.

Brilliant support, honestly. I joined their Discord because I had a quick question about their trailing drawdown rules, and I got a reply straight away with everything I needed. No messing around, super clear answers, and it really helped me understand the setup fast. Would definitely recommend if you want help without waiting hours.

The customer chat is actually handled by a real person. The agent went above and beyond to help me out, and they were really friendly the whole time, too. Overall, the terms for Direct-to-Sim are pretty easy to understand and they seem favorable compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. I had a couple questions and they answered them clearly, without making it feel like a hassle.

This is a pretty good automated system overall. The setup is straightforward, and it does the job without much fuss. For the price, I’d say it’s a decent option, though it could be improved a bit for smoother day-to-day use.

I recently spoke with Lloyd and Beshoy, and I’ve got to say—these guys are genuinely professional. What stood out to me most is how much they actually care about the customer, not just the process. They walked me through withdrawing all the profit from my funded account and also helped me get started on new challenges right away.

Overall, I think FXIFY is a solid option if you’re looking to grow and benefit without all the usual hassle. Their support felt clear and responsive, and the whole experience matched what they promised. Great job, FXIFY—I would recommend this prop firm to anyone. They really do what they say.

Smooth onboarding process overall. Everything felt quick and well-guided, and I didn’t run into any hiccups during setup. In my case, it was mostly straightforward from start to finish, which I really appreciated.

This place felt like a complete runaround, and honestly you can see the scam warning signs all over them. I bought a $50K challenge account, and I cleared it in just a few days. That’s when the real games started.

After I passed, it took another 3 days before I even received an email telling me to complete KYC to set up the funded account. The KYC process they use is a joke. I kept getting document rejections, even though I’m a US citizen—born and raised—and I’ve had zero issues completing KYC with other firms, including Riseworks. In the end, it took a full 2 weeks to get through their KYC.

Once it finally cleared, I asked when my funded account would be issued. After that, it was basically silence. They’d respond after days, usually with the same line: they’ve “escalated the ticket” and they’re “looking into it.” Overall, it took about a month from passing the challenge to actually receiving the funded account.

There are plenty of reputable firms that are way better than these overseas bad actors. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away.

They responded pretty fast, which I appreciated. That said, the website itself isn’t very intuitive—really, it feels more confusing than it needs to be. I think it would be worth improving the navigation and overall user flow, because that’s the main thing that should get better.

I recently had Beshoy help me sort out a query. I wasn’t sure whether I’d accidentally breached a rule, so I was a bit stressed going in.

Beshoy was really helpful from start to finish. I’m genuinely grateful for the support—he explained everything clearly and didn’t rush me. Most importantly, he walked me through my next steps in a way that actually made sense, so I know exactly what to do next for success.

Good, fast, and reliable support overall. Honestly, it was faster and way nicer than what I’ve experienced with the5%ers in the past. Really appreciate the quick help—big shoutout to Husni, the one who assisted me 🙂

This was my first time reaching out to FXIFY support, and honestly I couldn’t be more pleased. Lloyd was quick to respond, really knowledgeable, and he seemed to understand what I needed right away. It was genuinely a pleasure working with him.

Also, the TradingView integration is excellent—smooth and straightforward. For now I’m using it on the Forex side, but I’m already looking forward to applying it to Futures too. Thanks a lot!

I had a question about one of my accounts, and honestly I wasn’t expecting help that fast. Even though I messaged at an odd time of the day, I still got a response from Ope within seconds. That really surprised me.

The representative was super patient with all my questions, and we ended up getting everything sorted out quickly—like, much faster than I thought it would take. Thank you!

I had to wait an extra day for a reply from support, which was a bit annoying. In the end, the funding did arrive, but the whole process felt slower than I expected—maybe by a couple of days compared to what I was told. Support did sort it out eventually, but the pace definitely wasn’t as fast as I’d hoped.

Honestly, it’s fine. The one-step evaluation is really convenient, and I was able to pass the $75k standard plan without too much hassle. The rules are definitely there—you just have to follow them closely. Payout terms feel pretty average to me, nothing that really wowed, but it also isn’t bad. It does the job. I’d say the consistency rule is probably the biggest thing to keep an eye on, since that’s where most people can slip up. Overall, it’s just another solid option out there.

  • Azizbek Karimov

I don’t have an account, but I’ve read through everything I needed. Still, the rules aren’t clear for each challenge type, which is really frustrating. On top of that, they only allow payout, but there’s no visa card option and no crypto withdrawals at all. Also, the payout time is quite long—so even after you complete tasks, you have to wait a lot. Overall, it feels incomplete compared to what people expect, especially if you want faster and more flexible payment methods.

I tried the starter plan on a $120K account. After about four days of trading, it really helped me stay focused and understand the routine. Once I passed, they refunded the activation fee, which was a nice surprise. After that, I requested my first payout and there were no real delays at all. Honestly, the 30% consistency rule felt fair and it kept me trading more responsibly instead of rushing. Overall, it’s been pretty straightforward for me.

  • Ethan Singh

Payout options don’t seem very useful. I tried to work with the available methods, but there wasn’t anything that actually helped me in a practical way. It’s a bit frustrating, especially since payouts should be straightforward.

I’ve been trading FXIFY Futures since 1 May. The first payout went through without any issues, so everything looked fine at the time. However, the second payout took a while—more or less 6 business days—and today I got an email saying my account involved a Prohibited Trading Practice.

To be honest, nothing in my trading approach has changed. I also went back and read the rules carefully, and I genuinely can’t see where I would have broken anything. What’s frustrating is that the company doesn’t explain what exactly I did wrong. There’s no clear reference to a specific action or date, just that notification.

I’m not the only one either. I know a few other traders who haven’t received payouts as well, and right now it just feels like the platform is having internal problems rather than any real rule violation.

    =========
    UPDATE:
    Dear FXIFY Futures,

As I mentioned, I use the same strategy all the time, and you didn’t raise any complaints about it a month ago. I’ve saved all my trading history and re-checked everything again. I still can’t find any trade that would violate your rules. Also, you’re not telling me which exact transaction is the one that breaches the policy.

For clarity, I have 60 trades in total. My best trade was $1592, the worst one was -$1207. Profit factor is 2.51, win rate 77%, and the average trade duration is 11m 31s.

Please ask your Compliance Team to review the trades one more time—maybe there’s been a mistake. If not, then please send me which specific transaction I’m accused of violating, and what rule it supposedly breaks.

With FXIFY Futures, it really *could* have been something great.

I’m a long-time forex trader—sometimes I’m successful, sometimes not. My main strengths are actually options and futures, and that’s also where I feel most comfortable. So it’s pretty frustrating that the payouts have been listed as “temporarily suspended” for months.

The message “Payments are down temporarily, please try again later” is either a sign that some investor has pulled out and they’re trying to find a replacement, or that they’ve got some internal cash-flow issue (or legal problems). Since the payment gateway on fxify.com seems to work fine on my side, I’m guessing the issue isn’t the gateway itself. Still, that explanation doesn’t really excuse it—you shouldn’t push away customers like this.

Update: Now they claim they couldn’t find me under my name. That sounds like nonsense to me. I don’t share my login credentials here, and the payment failure shows up on *every* surface. That’s also why they offer a code on fxify.com when you try to contact support via chat. Please stop handling it this way with customers and just be honest.

Update 2: They now say information about my account remains private. I’m a German citizen with a review that is public and verifiable. I might not fully understand Trustpilot’s process, but I will never hand over any additional data through this platform. The payout problem either exists or it doesn’t—because it appears on my PC, laptop, smartphone (1 and 2), my son’s laptop, my wife’s device, and even my daughter’s tablet. I’m going to check with my neighbor now too, because at this point it’s hard to believe it’s just “my setup.” Unbelievable what you’re trying to do here.

Wouldn’t it be easier to ask the backoffice team directly why the “temporarily not working” payment message keeps showing up?

Update 3: I never asked you to contact me directly. Fix the payment issue. For this privacy/data protection breach, I’m deducting another star.

Update 24.06.2025: Surprise—you got it right at some point and harassed me for nothing. The answer they gave is so unbelievable that it basically confirms everything. And the fact that they obviously don’t seem to understand what’s going on… honestly, that scares me even more.

I really enjoyed trading at my first prop firm with FxifyFutures. Honestly, the experience felt smooth from the start and it helped me get a better feel for how things work day to day. Overall, I’d say it was a solid first step, and I didn’t run into any major issues along the way.

It’s not perfect, but I’d say it’s pretty fair overall. I’ve seen worse, and it does the job well enough—though there are a few little issues that stop it from being great. Still, for the price and what you get, I can’t really complain.

  • Oliver Clarke

I took my time, honestly. Even though it felt like it was taking ages, I still passed in the end. Pretty reassuring when you’re worried you’ve rushed it or missed something.

I got locked out of my account, and I’ll admit I was pretty stressed about it at first. I couldn’t remember my original password, and the reset process wouldn’t let me through because it asks for the old password for verification. I reached out to customer support and, thankfully, they replied fast—like within about 10 or 15 minutes.

What really stood out was how patient they were. They explained everything step by step and made sure I understood what I needed to do, without any pressure. From the time I messaged them to the moment I had access again was under an hour, maybe closer to 45 minutes. It was truly no rush, no fuss.

Overall, the whole thing was super smooth, and I really appreciate the help. Thanks again to the team! ✅

    1. There doesn’t seem to be a clearly defined set of rules in an easy-to-find area on the dashboard—at least not beyond the *FAQ.

    2. To be fair, I didn’t actually breach the account Daily Drawdown Limit. But I still received an email claiming I did, with absolutely no explanation at all—just the phrase “Account breach”. That’s pretty frustrating.

    3. The withdrawal/payout process also isn’t the smoothest for traders when you compare it to other firms. Overall, it feels more complicated than it needs to be.

I strongly advise against buying a challenge account from this prop firm. I purchased one from them, and everything was fine at first, but then out of nowhere my country got suddenly banned from using their services. Worst part is, they didn’t provide any refund or compensation at all for the trouble.

Honestly, this feels really unprofessional and unfair to customers who have already paid for the service. It also shows a lack of transparency—when something like this happens, you’d expect clear communication and proper support, but their customer service was basically disappointing. If you’re thinking about using them, I’d recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the risk of losing your money with no real recourse.

I have to admit, after being a client of FxPig Group for some time, I can confirm they take things seriously—and that’s exactly why it was easy for me to try this prop firm. I started first with their CFD offering (fxify.com), and then moved to FxifyFutures.com.

For context, I was actually the second trader to receive a payout on Fxify Futures. And overall, I’d say the experience is pretty smooth.

Here’s what stood out to me:
    1) Trading conditions are really solid
    2) The X platform is super reactive, with a lot of useful options, and it’s based on TradingView
    3) The payout process is very streamlined—once the payout approval was received, I got the funds almost instantly in my Rise account
    4) Support is also fast to respond

Personally, I work with only 4 prop firms. Three of them are focused on futures, and one is CFD. Among the futures ones, Fxify has been one of the most enjoyable.

The only downside (and it’s a fair point) is that the price of the challenges feels among the highest in the industry. That said, it’s not all negative: there’s no recurring fee once you’re funded, you get Level 2 data as the only extra cost point, there’s no cap on payouts, and the payout timeframe is 14 days. Also, the Discord is very active and the team is quite dynamic.

So yes, even with the higher entry price, the way they handle the whole process feels reliable.

I purchased an evaluation period and managed to get about 3% profit. The problem is that they refused to let me renew my monthly subscription, even though everything was active and running in profit. What really annoyed me is that they randomly banned my country, so the whole thing felt like a complete waste of time and money.

On top of that, support is pretty horrendous. I’ve been waiting 4 days for a reply, and there’s still no real solution. In my case, it wasn’t just inconvenient—it was basically unusable.

  • Michael Dawson

Platform pricing seems to be all over the place compared to TradingView, and it’s also noticeably different from what some major financial institutions show in their pricing feeds. I wouldn’t call it a small rounding issue either—there are clear deviations that can easily throw off your expectations if you’re actively trading or using the data for quick decisions.

In my experience, these differences show up consistently enough that I stopped relying on the platform price as the single source of truth. It’s frustrating, because the underlying charts and tools are useful, but when the numbers don’t line up with TradingView (or the broader market pricing), you’re left second-guessing every move. Hopefully they can tighten up the pricing sync, because as it stands, the gap is hard to ignore.
