The support team has been quite helpful and friendly throughout this process. However, there is one concern I have; they really need to reconsider the 1% risk rule on funded accounts. After purchasing the account and finally getting funded, it was a bit surprising to hear about this rule. It honestly doesn’t reflect well on the firm. I hope they’ll consider my suggestion. My account started with a balance of $2,500, and I had an 8% drawdown limit, which meant my threshold was set at $2,300. Essentially, this allowed for a maximum daily loss of $100.
Recently, I made a profit of $50, but I didn’t realize my drawdown limit had been adjusted to $2,400 instead of sticking to the expected $2,300. This change wasn’t displayed on my dashboard the day both the gain and loss occurred. As a result, I experienced an additional loss of $85 on the same day while I was in profit. The adjustment to my drawdown limit wasn’t visible, which left me in the dark about my actual risk exposure.
Now that my new drawdown limit is $2,400, I can only handle a loss of $100 from that point, instead of having the previous buffer of $200 before the profit adjustment. This lack of visibility regarding changes in the drawdown policy seems to stem from your so-called “smart” drawdown strategy, but it has caused quite a bit of confusion about my risk management.
I would like some clarity on these points:
1. How are drawdown limits determined and adjusted following profits?
2. What precautions are taken to ensure traders are updated on any changes to their drawdown limits?
3. How can I get real-time information on my account’s drawdown status to prevent similar situations in the future?Thank you for addressing these concerns, and I look forward to your prompt reply.

I found the customer service to be quite good and efficient, but I have to admit, I’m feeling pretty disappointed overall. After purchasing an account with a triple payout feature, I noticed the payouts were not what I expected; they showed 65 for the first, 75 for the second, and 85 for the third. I figured it was alright since I’m a profitable trader, but when I requested a payout, I was told there’s a minimum 72-hour processing time—even when my account isn’t active for trading. This means being unable to trade or access funds for several days until they approve the withdrawal.
I genuinely hope my payout gets processed soon and that the company improves the payout system, perhaps allowing traders to continue trading while waiting for their payouts. Overall, the firm seems promising, and I’ll update my review once I receive my funds.
Update for GFT: I requested my payout on the 25th and have yet to receive anything. Despite sending several emails, I haven’t gotten a response from your team. The risk team mentioned a bank holiday in the USA due to Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, I noticed that an email was sent out stating that $44,000 was paid out to other traders on the same day. How is it possible to process that while my payout of $2,358 is still pending? It just doesn’t add up. If my payout gets processed right now, I’ll likely receive it on December 2 or 3, and then only have one day to trade before my next expected payout on December 5. Can you clarify this situation?
Once I receive my payout and perhaps an apology from your side, I would consider removing this review.
UPDATE: As of December 2, 2024, I still haven’t received my payout requested on November 25. I was informed again about a bank holiday issue, but I’m yet to receive any real solutions—just apologies. I’ve never faced payout delays like this before; typically, funding happens within a day. Even if they process my request today or tomorrow, there’s hardly enough time for me to make a profitable trade before my second payout deadline on December 5, especially since they reduced my risk from 5% to 1%. It’s genuinely disappointing.
Update: I finally received my payout on December 3, 2024, for the request I made on November 25, 2024.
