This proprietary trading firm has serious issues. I successfully completed Phase 1 and received an email congratulating me on moving to Phase 2, but after passing that as well and eagerly waiting for my $100K funded account, I received a shocking email stating that I had FAILED BOTH PHASES because I closed a trade following a news release. Are they serious? After investing three months of my time and effort, I’m told I failed Phase 1 from the very beginning? It’s utterly bewildering!
What am I expected to do when my trade hits either the target or the stop loss? Is it my fault if a news headline swings in my favor? I successfully navigated Phase 1 and then progressed to Phase 2—yet now they are claiming I failed Phase 1? This situation is beyond absurd.
The only reasonable conclusion is that they seem to want traders to fail. Whenever we manage to pass, they search for any possible excuse to eliminate us, like citing news events. I used the same strategy for both phases, so how can they say I passed Phase 1 yet failed Phase 2 for the same actions I took previously?
And it doesn’t stop there. Their trading conditions are atrocious—extreme slippage and outrageous commissions. It’s only a matter of time before this firm collapses. Moreover, good luck reaching out to customer support; it’s like a black hole. I’ve been trying to get through via email and live chat since yesterday, and there has been no response.
While failing a challenge isn’t new to me—I’ve experienced my share of both successes and failures—what really frustrates me is how they treat their traders like we’re completely ignorant.
Take my advice and steer clear of their promotions. Look for more reputable prop firms that actually value your hard work. READ THIS THOROUGHLY and save yourself the hassle!

I have recently encountered a troubling experience with this trading firm that I strongly believe is fraudulent.
Initially, I opted for a $10,000 instant account instead of going for the evaluation account. At first, I was able to generate a decent profit that covered my initial investment. However, when I requested a payout on December 5, 2024, everything took a turn for the worse.
Almost immediately after my request, my trading account was locked, leaving my pending orders active. Unfortunately, those orders were later triggered, resulting in significant losses that completely wiped out my account balance.
Witnessing the loss of my hard work over several nights was excruciating. I reached out to customer support for assistance, only to find out that only the payout team could unlock my account and it would take 72 hours. I couldn’t believe it—72 hours without the ability to close my trades?
To say that I feel upset is an understatement. The actions of this firm are incredibly deceitful, and it’s disappointing to see how many traders they’ve misled. It feels like they are just a “packaged scam” targeting unsuspecting individuals.
Given my experience, I truly question how some people can rate them so highly. It seems likely that those endorsements come from bots or incentivized influencers.
In conclusion, Goat Funded Trader feels like nothing short of a scam. If you decide to purchase either their evaluation or instant account, prepare for disappointment. As for me, I’ve learned a harsh lesson, counted my losses, and moved forward.

Goatfundedtrader has proven to be one of the less favorable proprietary trading firms.
On November 25, 2024, I initiated a payout request, and they assured me through email that I would receive my payment within three business days.
I completed all the necessary verifications they requested just last Thursday, and they informed me that I should see my funds either that Thursday, the 25th, or Friday the 27th.
However, as of December 2nd, I am still awaiting my funds.
It’s been a frustrating experience, and I truly regret my choice in selecting Goatfunded.
