Great to see a prop firm that actually has real, working customer support. I made a mistake with my trade account setup—I picked MT4 instead of what I needed. No big deal though: I opened the customer support chat and asked for help.
Amm y (the support rep) responded quickly, and I only had to wait a couple of minutes before my account was switched over to MT5. Everything went smoothly, and the support experience felt genuinely helpful. Overall, it’s a great setup, and the customer service here is definitely one of the best parts.

Honestly, this one’s a little hard to write because my experience has been pretty frustrating. I was trading futures, but it feels like they’re still working out their futures rules and enforcement. They terminated my funded account twice for what they claimed was a breach of a 1% risk limit.
To be blunt, limiting futures risk to just 1% feels… extreme. In my opinion, that kind of limitation should be set up as a contract limit or something that actually matches how futures risk works. Instead, it came across like they’re not fully sure what they’re doing yet, especially when it comes to futures.
The second termination was also labeled as a “prohibited practice.” I reached out by email to ask for clarification, but I’ve received nothing back—just silence.
If you’re planning to trade futures with them, I’d be careful. The rules may be evolving, and the communication (at least in my case) wasn’t great.

I want to share my experience with Hola Prime, because it honestly left a pretty sour taste.
For a while, everything looked fine. When my trades were going sideways and I was losing, there were no real issues or interruptions. But the moment I hit a run—specifically, when I had the chance to lock in **three consecutive wins**—the whole process stopped. The platform said my **Take Profit** had been triggered during a news window, and that’s what caused the problem.
And that’s where my concern really kicks in. In proper trading, you’re expected to use both **Stop Loss and Take Profit**. Those are the basics of risk management. However, it seems like the system treats TP being hit during restricted news periods as a rule violation, even if the trade was opened earlier under normal conditions.
So you end up with a weird contradiction:
– If you don’t use Take Profit, you’re not following the rules or showing discipline.
– If you *do* use Take Profit, you might still get flagged or stopped if the market moves the “wrong” way at the “wrong” time—like when news hits.In other words, you’re trying to follow one part of the system, and that same action can accidentally trigger another rule. That’s incredibly frustrating, because it makes it much harder to trade confidently and build consistent results inside the platform’s framework.
This is just my honest experience, and I genuinely think other traders should know this before relying on Hola Prime’s rules in live conditions. Honestly, this kind of setup feels like one of the many unfair things in the game.
