MCF is a top firm—seriously, I’d trust them. Trading conditions are genuinely very good, and everything feels smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a platform with fair execution and decent opportunities, this one is worth checking out.
I’m sharing my experience because I honestly asked for my money and I didn’t get it. This is one of those situations that feels more like a stalling tactic than anything else.
I reached out to them to request payment for what was owed. Instead of sorting it out, they kept threatening me with a lawsuit for “defamation,” simply because I posted an honest review. That part really bothered me—no one should be punished for telling the truth about their experience.
The frustrating part is that I was given the same timeline repeatedly. They told me “two weeks” over and over again, like that would somehow magically solve the problem. Spoiler: it didn’t.
To make things even more confusing, they’ve apparently moved or launched a new site, mcfmarkets.com. I’d suggest people verify carefully before dealing with them, because the promises didn’t match the results.
Bottom line: I asked for my money, they kept delaying, and they tried to intimidate me for speaking up. At this point, I just want to get paid—and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same headache.
My favorite prop firm going into 2026. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with them, and they’ve been consistently solid. Thanks a lot—you’ve earned my trust.
Honestly, it used to be good. For a while, things felt solid and legit, and I was actually pretty happy with the service. But over time, it started going downhill, and now it feels like they’re acting like scammers.
I’m not saying this lightly either—something about the way they handle things just doesn’t seem right anymore. It’s frustrating because I really did trust them before, but now I’d be careful.
I’m writing this review because I have some serious concerns about how MCF has handled both payouts and trader communication lately.
First off, many users (including me) have been waiting for payouts for a long time. MCF has repeatedly promised updates and sent out messages saying payments are coming, but the actual payout process keeps dragging on. Over the last several months, the company has blamed the delays on things like internal reviews, operational changes, and migration-related problems. The frustrating part is that none of these explanations have come with a clear timeline or a consistent pattern of payments, so traders are left in limbo.
What’s even more worrying is the transparency. Time and time again, traders are told their payouts will be processed by a specific date. Then, when that date passes, the deadline gets pushed back again—sometimes with little meaningful detail. That constant shifting is more than just inconvenient; it makes it hard to plan anything, and it definitely harms trust. If payouts are supposed to be reliable, moving deadlines like this is a big red flag.
On top of that, the communication style has been pretty disappointing. Traders have asked legitimate questions on Discord about their pending payouts, but instead of getting straightforward answers, discussions seem to get shut down. Multiple users report being restricted or muted across channels, which honestly gives the impression that MCF is trying to control negative feedback rather than address the real issue. When people can’t ask questions, it doesn’t feel like a transparent process—it feels like managing optics.
For any prop firm, the two most important things are dependable payouts and clear communication. Right now, MCF is failing on both. Delayed payouts, changing explanations, missed deadlines, and restricted community discussion are serious concerns.
I genuinely hope MCF comes through with verifiable updates and processes all pending payouts as quickly as possible. Until then, I would strongly advise traders to be extremely cautious before purchasing another challenge or continuing with any account tied to this company.
Arguably the best crypto prop trading platform out there, it gives you access to **130+ cryptocurrencies**—which is more than you’ll find on most other proprietary platforms. On top of that, the support team is fast to respond and genuinely helpful, so you’re not left hanging when something comes up.
My experience with My Crypto Funding has been largely positive, and the biggest standout for me has been the combination of solid trading conditions and a genuinely helpful support team. The platform is pretty user-friendly, the spreads feel competitive, and I like that you can trade crypto 24/7—so even during major news events, you’re not stuck waiting around.
If I had to pick just one thing that really impressed me, it’s their customer support. In particular, their Discord support has been fast and actually useful, which is rare compared to a lot of other prop firms. They don’t just send a quick reply and close the ticket; they’ll take a moment to walk you through the rules and guide you so you understand what you’re doing.
On top of that, payouts seem to be processed quickly and smoothly from what I’ve seen so far. They also offer scaling accounts up to 200k, which gives you more room to grow as you build your performance.
Withdrawal: January 21, 2026 at 6:58 PM
Approval Date: February 21, 2026 at 9:42 PM — **Approved**
**Amount (USD):** 1,843.75
**Profit Share:** 80%
**Payout:** $1,475.00
Honestly, I think **MCF is a fraudulent company**. They still haven’t deposited my money, and at this point I don’t believe they’ll do it anytime soon. I’m going to contact **Trustpilot again**, and I’ll also be reporting what happened regarding the pressure and threats I claim I was subjected to.
From my experience, I was threatened that **10% would be deducted every hour** unless I removed my review from Trustpilot. That’s not something I’m willing to ignore. On top of that, even though my payment was marked **approved**, the payout still hasn’t shown up.
They keep making promises and then not following through. At first they implied it would be processed “today,” then it turned into “tomorrow,” then “next week,” and eventually it was supposedly **7 business days**—and somehow it’s just more delays.
The whole process has been nothing short of **stalling**, and the behavior is seriously despicable.
I just requested a payout with them about 48 hours ago, so I’m now just waiting to see when the funds actually hit. So far, the experience has been pretty solid, and honestly it’s been one of the better prop firms I’ve dealt with. Let’s see how smooth the payout process turns out.
Thank you, MyCryptoFunding — you’re one of the few prop firms I can actually use with my Smart Gold Hunter EA from MQL5. The spreads have been really good, and honestly there’s been almost no slippage so far. Overall, my results have been great ❤️❤️❤️
PayoutJunction reports that MCF hasn’t processed a payout in 24 straight days. That’s definitely a red flag, and at this point it wouldn’t be too surprising if things were starting to go downhill for them.
I accidentally opened a trade on 10.5 BTC instead of 0.15 BTC. I noticed my mistake right away and closed the position immediately, but the fees from both the opening and closing still pushed me beyond the limits of my funded account.
I contacted support and explained what happened. Max was really helpful—honestly, he was extremely professional—and he reviewed it fast. He believed it was a genuine mistake and adjusted things so I got my funded account back. In my opinion, that kind of real-world support is rare. Some other prop firms probably would’ve just ignored the message and left it at that.
Max is the GOAT. I can fully recommend this firm.
MyCryptoFunding stands out as one of the best proprietary trading firms I’ve come across, mainly because their trading conditions are genuinely fair and flexible. You can trade **24/7**, including weekends, which is a huge deal if you’re the type of trader who doesn’t always work on a standard schedule.
Another thing I like is that you’re allowed to trade around **news events at all stages**—so you’re not forced to sit out key market moments. On top of that, their payout process is fast and, honestly, drama-free.
My most recent payout took only **3 business days** to process (I used **Rise**), and communication was smooth the whole time. Dennis from Customer Support was also really helpful—he replied quickly and guided me without making things complicated.
Overall, I’d say **MyCryptoFunding is a recommended prop firm**. I’ll update this review again after my next payout. Thank you!
I really like this firm. In my experience, the support system is excellent—everyone seems genuinely ready to help. Honestly, I feel like all my friends should come and join too. It’s been a positive experience from start to finish.
Best prop firm ever, honestly. It’s been consistently reliable, and their response times are fast—usually quick enough that I can still make good decisions on time. What really stood out to me is their support team and the way they show up in their Discord community. The moderators are respectful, helpful, and you don’t feel like you’re just being pushed aside. Big shoutout to **@Dennis_MCF** and **@Adenzo_MCF** for that.
Also, the whole process feels fair. They give traders a real chance to participate, whether you’re experienced or just getting started. I was able to get through without drama, and it worked out just in time for my schedule—around the last moment, but in the best way possible.
Overall, I really hope they keep it up, because this is the kind of experience traders actually want. Really appreciate it. ??
I’ve had a really solid experience with MyCryptoFunding so far. The platform is clean and pretty easy to figure out, and the trading rules are outlined clearly—far more straightforward than what you see with a lot of other prop firms.
Still, what really stood out to me was the support, especially on their Discord.
Max and Dennis have been a big part of that. They’re consistently active, respond fast, and they don’t just throw you a template reply. Instead, they actually take the time to walk you through the details properly, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to understand things like trading guidelines, payout questions, or even general process stuff.
In this prop firm space, it’s honestly rare to find support that feels genuinely human. You don’t get the “left on read” vibe, and you don’t feel like you’re just another number in the system.
Because of that, I’d say MyCryptoFunding is worth trying if you care about clear communication and real help while you trade.
Approved payout withheld after I left a review. My account was permanently closed. Here’s the full story.
This is actually my second time having to fight MCF for a payout. This time they went a step further, and honestly, it’s been pretty shocking.
—
### The payout timeline (Payout #11339 — $932.90)
– **March 7:** Payout **#11339 ($932.90)** was marked **Approved** inside MCF’s own system.
– **March 9:** Their Support team confirmed the payout in writing.
After that, things dragged on with **four missed deadlines in just 10 days**:
– **March 9:** They said it would be paid in **“7 business days.”**
– **March 17:** Deadline passed. I was told **“tomorrow.”**
– **March 18:** Another deadline missed. Suddenly a **“Rise migration”** appeared as the reason—even though it was **never mentioned** during the first two missed deadlines.
– **March 19:** After I gave them a **24-hour ultimatum**, their response was **“next month at the latest.”**
—
### The migration claim doesn’t add up
MCF’s own Discord announcement dated **March 16th** said the migration would take **“approximately 3 days”**—which would have put things completed by **around March 19**.
But on **March 19**, they told me **“next month at the latest.”** Their email and their Discord post directly contradict each other.
—
### What happened after my public review
I posted a **factual review** on Trustpilot and X.
Within minutes, MCF Compliance emailed me:
> “Your account has been suspended. Your payout #11339 has been placed on hold.”
They also demanded I remove all content, or they said my payout would be withheld **indefinitely**.
Here’s the part that really doesn’t make sense: in that same email they claimed **“the payout has not been withheld due to any issue with your account,”** and then immediately turned around and said the payout would be suspended **unless I removed my posts**. That’s a direct contradiction, no matter how you look at it.
—
### Their public claim vs their own dashboard
MCF later responded publicly on Trustpilot saying:
> “At the moment, there are no outstanding payments on our end.”
But I have proof they’re wrong. I’ve got screenshots from **their own dashboard** showing **Payout #11339 — status: APPROVED**. I also have written confirmation from Support, plus a Rise account screenshot showing **zero transfers received**.
So their Trustpilot statement doesn’t match what their systems show.
—
### Final outcome
– Payout was marked **approved on March 7** but was **never received**
– My **account was permanently closed**
– The approved payout was essentially treated as **void**
– The reason given (or implied) was that I left a **public, factual review**
—
I’ve kept **every email, every screenshot, and the full correspondence**. And I’m not alone—multiple recent Trustpilot reviews describe **very similar payout holds** with MCF right now. This doesn’t look like a one-off mistake.
MCF was great at first, but lately the whole experience has gone downhill—mainly because of payout delays and delays in funding accounts. In practice, it takes far too long to receive what we’ve already paid for.
And it’s not a one-off issue, either. I’ve run into these same problems multiple times, and the repeated delays really start to wear on you. If MCF wants to keep customers, it needs to move faster and tighten up its processing times.
This company really stands out for how transparent it is—clear rules, no messy surprises, and mods who actually stay supportive. If your goal is to grow in crypto and you want a platform that won’t leave you guessing, this is a solid pick without any doubt. It’s one of those environments where you can focus on learning and building, not on dealing with chaos.
The support team here is genuinely excellent—fast, professional, and honestly a pleasure to deal with. Every time I reached out, I got a prompt response, and they handled my issue right away without making things complicated. No back-and-forth, no runaround.
A big thank-you to Dennis specifically for being so helpful and supportive throughout the process. Overall, I’m really impressed with how efficient the team is. Highly recommended!
Trustpilot may reach out to request recordings and documentation of every communication tied to the issues below. For what it’s worth, I’ve kept everything myself—call recordings, written email threads, and other supporting materials—so I can provide a full timeline if needed.
Also, it looks like some of the most critical negative reviews about My Crypto Funding have either been removed or are simply not showing anymore. If you’re considering trading with them, you really should read across multiple sources and do your own due diligence rather than relying on one platform.
To add context, I’ve documented more than 20 separate complaints from other traders in their Discord, all about the exact same issue as mine. I’m prepared to share those publicly if necessary.
Now, the key point: a lot of the positive reviews seem to be based more on how friendly or responsive the company is in Discord support, not on the actual core of a proprietary trading firm. In my view, the real test is simple—do they pay traders who follow the rules reliably, and do they do it within a reasonable timeframe?
Here’s what happened with my accounts.
I currently hold two funded accounts with My Crypto Funding, each for $200,000 (their maximum allocation). Both have been active since December 2025. As of today, I have two payout requests still outstanding: one for $10,000 and another for $7,000.
### The $10,000 payout
– Requested: 31 January 2026
– Approved: 26 February 2026
– What happened in between: the approval date was repeatedly pushed back.
– Compliance call: about three weeks later. I attended and recorded it. The call itself lasted roughly five minutes—honestly, it felt like a joke more than any serious compliance review.
Even though the payout was marked approved on 26 February 2026, I still have not received the funds as of 11 March 2026.
### The $7,000 payout
– Requested: 20 February 2026
– Status as of 11 March 2026: still pending and unapproved
On top of that, they asked for another compliance call, even though I already completed one in relation to my earlier $10,000 payout request. Again, I have recordings from this communication too.
From where I stand, these repeated delays raise serious questions about their payout process and their day-to-day operations.
### Account restrictions after payout requests
After I submitted both payout requests, my accounts were then modified with significant restrictions. In my case, the limitation was roughly 1% risk exposure with 1:1 leverage. To be clear, those restrictions make the accounts far more restrictive than most typical live trading accounts.
I also remember the firm marketing that traders can “trade in your own style without restrictions.” In reality, restrictions showed up after I requested payouts, and I found that honestly pretty confusing compared to what was advertised.
It’s not unreasonable to expect that if a customer buys a funded account under certain conditions, they should still be allowed to trade within those originally stated conditions.
### Responses and resolution attempts
In the review section, the company often responds to—or pushes back on—negative feedback, so I’m expecting they may comment on this as well. The difference is, I’m not guessing. I have the documentation and recordings to support the timeline above.
I’ve also tried to resolve the matter the right way by sending multiple professional email communications to the company.
Unfortunately, it’s still unresolved. On top of that, I’ve been muted multiple times on their Discord, and I’ve seen several of my messages deleted. From my perspective, it feels like the goal is to deflect potential buyers from the underlying payout problem.
### What I’m asking for
My expectation is straightforward: the two pending payouts should be processed immediately, and my two accounts should be refunded. I don’t think this should be so hard to get right when the rules are supposedly the rules.
Absolutely GOATed firm, fr. I honestly didn’t have high expectations, but the moment I logged into their trading platform, I was genuinely impressed. First off, the platform feels polished and fast, and the layout is easy to navigate—no unnecessary clutter.
What really stood out is that they include a TradingView chart directly inside their platform. That means you can analyze markets right there and place trades without constantly switching between tabs. Smooth experience overall.
So yeah, it’s a W. I’m really looking forward to passing the account and getting my payouts.
Moving through each step of the process took way longer than advertised. My Phase 2 account, for example, took 2 days to get processed. More importantly, the KYC—which they claimed would take up to 5 business days—ended up taking 12 business days. By the time it was approved, my account had already hit the maximum drawdown, which honestly felt pretty unfair.
The second issue was the Discord customer support, and it genuinely made me uncomfortable. A lot of the time, the reps would say they didn’t know the answer and simply redirect me to the “relevant team,” then tell me to wait for an email. I followed up multiple times, but everything stayed slow and stalled.
On top of that, when I tried to file a serious complaint in their Discord channel, I was banned, so I couldn’t even continue the conversation. I also got more worried after seeing several other members on their Discord saying they still hadn’t received their profit share.
If you’re looking for a company that handles **crypto**, **forex**, and **metals** all in one place, this firm is honestly one of the best options out there. What really stood out to me is that they weren’t just making promises—they actually delivered **payouts**, and that matters a lot.
Overall, the experience felt straightforward, and the variety of markets made it easier to manage different trades under the same platform. I’d recommend checking them out if you want access to multiple asset types and reliable payout performance.
I’ve been trading with My Crypto Funding since late last year, and so far it’s been a pretty smooth experience. The rules are straightforward and, importantly, they actually stay consistent—no weird sudden changes that catch you off guard. The Discord community is also a big plus; support is friendly and they respond quickly when you have questions.
On top of that, the trading platform itself is easy to navigate. Everything feels simple enough to use without wasting time figuring out where to click.
Big thank you to Dennis and Liam as well for the kind and fast responses.
So far, this crypto funding platform has been a really great experience. The rules are easy to understand, the execution feels smooth, and the whole setup comes across as genuinely trader-friendly rather than overly complicated.
A big thanks to Maxx, Adenzo, and Liam as well—they’ve been professional, responsive, and actually helpful when issues pop up. In this industry, that’s honestly not as common as it should be.
On top of that, the payout process and dashboard are both well-structured and straightforward, which makes it easier to stay on top of everything without hunting around. Overall, it’s a solid choice for serious traders who want funding with less drama and more consistency.
I’m writing this review to document my experience with My Crypto Funding (MCF) and to help other traders understand what can happen during a payout dispute.
After I passed the evaluation, I received a funded account right away—but it wasn’t “clean” or unrestricted. From the very beginning, that account came with a hard 1% risk limit already applied. In other words, the limitation was in place immediately, before I placed a single trade.
Throughout the challenge period, I traded according to the rules and stayed within the allowed risk. I managed to build real profits and, once I hit my target, I submitted a payout request for $6,200. The timing is important: the same day I requested the payout, my account was suddenly placed under review and then closed.
Only after my account was closed did MCF claim that I had exceeded the 1% risk limit. That was the first time I was even told there was an issue—and they didn’t provide any prior, clear, documented justification.
At first, MCF went further and accused me of “deliberate circumvention” of the 1% risk rule. When I formally objected, they backtracked. They withdrew the deliberate intent accusation and admitted there was no bad faith, no intent, and no deliberate rule violation. They even acknowledged that their communication around the 1% risk framework was unclear and could reasonably cause misunderstanding.
Still, none of that helped me get paid. Despite earning $6,200 in funded profits, MCF didn’t honor the payout. Instead, they offered to reset my account back to Phase 1—which would mean forfeiting the profits I already generated.
Here are the key points as clearly as I can summarize them:
– My funded account was restricted with a 1% risk limit from the start
– The 1% risk limit was not exceeded when trades were opened
– There was no automatic breach trigger or hard block on the platform
– MCF acknowledged there was no intentional rule violation
– The alleged “risk breach” was raised only on the day I requested payout
To be blunt, withholding earned profits while also admitting unclear communication and lack of intent is hard to justify. Closing the account and offering a reset rather than processing a valid payout request isn’t fair—and it certainly isn’t very solution-oriented.
I’m sharing this so other traders can make more informed decisions and know what payout disputes may look like with MCF. I genuinely hope they reconsider and come back with a fair, transparent, and final resolution.
My experience with Trustpilot (Insane) has been genuinely positive. The support team is where everything really stands out, especially people like Maxx, Liam, Adenzo, and Kale. Honestly, their behaviour is *too* polite sometimes, but I mean that in a good way— they actually help you get through the full issues everyone seems to face, not just give you a generic reply and move on.
When I checked account spreads, it’s basically close to zero. Not literally 0 in every case, but it’s under 10, which is pretty impressive compared to what you usually see. Also, there’s no “no consistency” problem like some other platforms have—I didn’t run into weird rules either. There aren’t a lot of size restrictions, and I didn’t notice any extra excuses or that usual bullsh*t you might expect. Overall, everything felt straightforward.
So yeah, if I had to rate my whole experience, I’d give it 5/5.
I opened my account about 5 months ago and I’ve taken 5 payouts so far. Every single payout has gone through within 48 hours, which I honestly wasn’t expecting that consistently. Overall, it’s been smooth and reliable.
On my third payout, everything went smoothly like it has every time before. This one was a **$4,200** withdrawal that got approved within **3 days**, and honestly the process felt quick and straightforward.
I still prefer **MCF Platform** over **MT5**—mainly because the fees are lower, but also because execution just feels better overall. It’s simply more cost-effective for me, and that adds up.
So far, I haven’t run into any issues or negative experiences with MCF. Everything has been working as expected, and I’m comfortable continuing with it.
I’m posting this as a warning to other traders.
MCF (My Crypto Funding) closed my funded account and confiscated my profits. What really shocked me wasn’t just the decision—it was how the process was handled from the start.
Here’s the main issue: they initially accused me of violations using an Account ID that does not belong to me. In their first investigation email, they claimed rule breaches tied to Account ID **#719749**—and that is not my account at all. Later, they backtracked and admitted it was a mistake, then apologized. So the case effectively began with incorrect information.
Even after admitting that error, they still continued investigating and pivoted the blame onto my real account. Their justification was based on an **IP overlap** claim, but the reasoning felt like it was built after the fact rather than based on clear, consistent evidence.
A few important points for context:
– I passed both evaluation phases legitimately.
– My funded account ended up around **11% profit**.
– I trade independently.
– I never shared access, signals, or strategies.
– I use a **VPN** because of regional restrictions, and their own community had previously indicated that using a VPN was acceptable.
To make things worse, this issue only came up after I requested a payout. They approved and funded my account after their compliance checks, yet they didn’t raise these concerns until the moment there was something to collect.
On top of that, they refused to share transparent evidence. Instead, they relied on vague internal rules to justify:
– Terminating the account
– Confiscating the full profits
– Continuing an investigation that started with the wrong account ID in the first place
Starting an investigation with incorrect account details, then financially punishing a trader anyway, raises serious questions about professionalism, fairness, and overall trust. I’m sharing this so other traders can understand the risks before putting their money—and time—into this firm.
I’m really disappointed with how this payout situation was handled. I requested my withdrawal and, despite waiting nearly 40 days, I was ultimately rejected with no real solution.
Here’s what happened. I submitted my payout request on **3 December 2025** for **$14,716.69**. Under normal circumstances, they say payouts are processed within **48 hours**. In my case, though, it dragged on and took about **40 days**. Throughout that period, I contacted their support multiple times, and each time they reassured me that everything was still “in process” and that I would receive the payout soon.
Then, after all that waiting, I finally got a response on **21 January 2025**. The email said my account review found “prohibited trading strategies,” including something described like **gambling**, and they rejected my withdrawal. Honestly, that makes the entire **40-day delay** feel like a complete waste of time—if they suspected an issue from the start, they could’ve told me much earlier.
Overall, I don’t feel like the process was transparent or fair, and the long wait just doesn’t match the outcome.
I went into **MyCryptoFunding (MCF/MCF platform)** with cautiously positive expectations, and at first, things looked genuinely solid. My early experience felt dependable—my initial payouts went through with no major hiccups, so I honestly started to feel more confident in the process.
That confidence didn’t last, though. As my trading results improved and profits grew, my next payout request—around **$6,916**—was **put on hold**. It wasn’t rejected, which mattered at the time. In an email dated **December 27, 2025**, MCF said the pause was **temporary** and that it was **“not a payout rejection.”** They also told me my account was still **active** and in **good standing**, which I took at face value.
So I complied. I kept trading for additional days and followed every rule they referenced. I even have documentation through my independent **TradeZella** journal showing the activity during that period. Once the eligible profits increased, I submitted additional payout requests: **$8,963.07 total across 2 accounts** in mid-**January 2026**. One of those requests later showed confirmation that it was in **“final processing.”**
Then, on **January 19, 2026**, I received a violation notice. The claim was about **shared IP activity** and **group trading**—issues that, as far as I was concerned, had not been mentioned earlier. I appealed right away, denied any coordination, and provided a written explanation plus supporting records. Two days later, on **January 21**, MCF upheld the decision. Their response pointed to an internal analysis, and they also said earlier communications weren’t binding.
At that stage, I requested either payment of the remaining payouts (about **$8,963**) plus reimbursement of the **$1,400** in account fees I’d already paid—so, roughly **$10,363** total. The only “resolution” offered to me was **$700**, but it came with a **Non-Disclosure Agreement**, which I refused. After that, I didn’t get any meaningful follow-up response despite multiple check-ins.
From my perspective, what’s most concerning is the apparent inconsistency in how rules were applied—especially after the earlier assurances about payout eligibility and account status. I’m sharing this for transparency and awareness. Everything I’ve referenced is documented, and I can provide communications and records if needed. Traders, please **journal independently** and document everything—clarity and fairness should be non-negotiable.

### Edit (Reply)
Thank you for your response.
However, your reply still leans on broad allegations without giving any specific, verifiable evidence. Saying there were **“IP-related violations”** and **“coordinated trading indicators”**—without sharing the exact data, relevant dates, specific trades, IP logs, or the precise clauses allegedly breached—doesn’t meet a basic standard of transparency or fair dealing.
Also, no independent or third-party review was offered. The conclusions discussed remain entirely internal and undisclosed. A unilateral internal assessment, without providing supporting material, cannot reasonably be treated as conclusive.
On top of that, communications suggesting payout eligibility created a legitimate expectation, and that expectation was later withdrawn without concrete reasons or evidence. Labeling those communications as **“informational”** afterward doesn’t fix what was essentially a lack of disclosure at the time.
Finally, offering to refund evaluation fees while also imposing a permanent ban looks less like a reasoned resolution and more like forced settlement. Declining such an offer should not be interpreted as agreement with the allegations.
I maintain that all trading was conducted independently and in good faith, consistent with the published terms. Unless specific evidence is disclosed, the outcome still feels arbitrary, disproportionate, and open to challenge.
I reserve all rights and remedies available in law.
The MCF is excellent overall. The spreads are really impressive, and the customer service is just as strong. I also have to give a special shoutout to Dennis—he helped me a lot with my problem and made the whole process a lot easier. Highly recommend.
I’ve been trading with my crypto funding account for about a month, and it’s a $50,000 account. I’ve already passed both evaluation phases, and right now I’m sitting at around $1,600 in earnings on the funded account. My payout date is set for February 2, 2026.
One thing I noticed is that the FAQ on their website is a bit unclear for me. From what I read, the payout method seems to be “Rise” only. They do mention that if someone “Rise” gets banned or runs into any issue, they’ll still pay in crypto. That’s reassuring, but honestly, given the firm’s name, I expected direct crypto withdrawals as a standard option—not only through Rise.
That said, the trading conditions are very strong—honestly I’d rate them 10/10. The overall experience feels solid, and I like how smooth the trading setup has been so far. The only real concern I have is the payout method clarity, especially if you’re planning around direct crypto withdrawal.
I tried to withdraw, but there was absolutely **no payout after 40 days**. Then, out of nowhere, they **cancelled my account** and started going back and forth with an “assistance” claim (the support tone was honestly weird). On top of that, the whole thing felt like an **accounting/hedge setup**, and it was hard to trust what was even being tracked—there was some mention of a “**7 sec**” thing too, which made it even more suspicious.
Guys, I’m just being real: **don’t trust this firm**.
**Edit:** I don’t care about my full name, but my comment is **100% genuine**.

I had a really great experience with the MCF support team. They responded super fast and walked me through the steps to claim my giveaway prize without any confusion. Honestly, it made the whole process easy and stress-free.
Thanks a lot to MCF for the giveaway, and special shout-out to Mr. Dennis and Max for the excellent assistance! ???
I’m gonna be honest—my overall experience has been great!
Support was especially impressive. Max was really kind, and responses came super fast, which honestly made everything a lot less stressful.
On top of that, the platform’s challenges and rules are pretty manageable too. They’re trader-friendly, and I never felt like I was fighting the system.

I’ve now been waiting for a payout for about 2 weeks. I didn’t have any issues with this company last year, so I’m honestly confused about what’s going on this time. Right now, I’m pretty fed up.
When I contact support, they basically just tell me to “wait” again and again—literally the same message over and over. I’ve already waited, and after 14 days I still haven’t received my payout. At this point, I really expected more than another round of “wait, wait, wait.”
