I successfully passed two evaluations, and initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I received my funded demo accounts without any hitches, even though I found the recent starter revamp a bit misleading. I was prepared to overlook that, as well as the persistent issues with Tradovate. My KYC with MFF cleared without a hitch, but that’s where the trouble began concerning payouts. Rise denied my verification, despite using the same verification service (SumSub) as MFF. They didn’t make any effort to resolve the situation or even explain the reason behind the denial. Since MFF relies solely on Rise for payouts, that meant I was left without any access to my earnings. Unfortunately, no one at MFF was willing to help; all I received were generic responses. I’m now in the process of requesting a refund, but that hardly matches the amount I’m losing. To add to my concerns, I found out that they aren’t regulated by any authority, so I can’t recommend them to anyone.

The MFFU web dashboard has its fair share of glitches that can be frustrating.
For starters, switching between accounts doesn’t always refresh the profit and loss values on the calendar correctly. Additionally, I encountered an issue when I tried to request a payout without having signed up for a RISE account yet; the system rejected my request and somehow deducted $1,200 from my $50k starter account in the process. To add to the confusion, the dashboard indicated that my next payout window was in 14 days instead of the expected 5 days for the starter account.
Dealing with customer support was quite the ordeal, too—I had to submit three separate tickets before someone actually addressed my issues. Thankfully, after a week, everything got sorted out. I received my $1,200 payout, which was processed, approved, and transferred to my RISE account within just 12 hours.
Overall, MFFU has a lot to offer, but they definitely need to iron out those dashboard bugs. It would also be a nice touch if they could provide 5 funded accounts instead of only 3, especially since competitors like Topstep and TakeProfitTrader already do!

I reached out for assistance, and instead of receiving the guidance I needed, I was met with indifference. It’s disappointing, especially when you expect more from a trading firm. This trading firm offers appealing accounts and boasts a solid Discord community, yet there are drawbacks. Support response times could be faster.
Recently, I discovered duplicate charges on my card, and astonishingly, they continued to bill me even after I had canceled my subscription. Their support team is only willing to refund the initial charge, which I find unacceptable.
I would recommend steering clear of this firm if you want to avoid being billed multiple times for a service you’ve already purchased.

The rules are easy to understand, and it’s possible to pass the evaluation in just one day. After that, you only need to trade live for five days before becoming eligible for payouts, which can be daily if you choose. What really seals the deal for me, and what I consider most important, is their exceptional customer service. They are not only direct but also respond to questions and concerns incredibly quickly.
