    This is truly one of the top proprietary trading firms for futures trading. The guidelines are straightforward and easy to navigate. I must say, the website interface is impressive and user-friendly. Additionally, the pricing for the challenge accounts is quite reasonable. What stands out the most, however, is their customer support – they assisted me in resolving an issue within just a few minutes via email.

    Overall, I would rate this futures prop firm a perfect 10 out of 10.

    I had a positive experience with Davi, who provided quick and professional responses to all my questions. However, I do want to note a downside that’s not a reflection of his service. Currently, MFF doesn’t have access to the ATAS platform, and it would be great to see that access restored soon.

    AKHI was really helpful in clarifying some confusion I had regarding MFF’s payout policy. The policy mentions that payouts can be requested every couple of weeks, specifically every 14 days. However, it doesn’t clearly specify when that 14-day period actually begins, which can be a bit frustrating. Thankfully, AKHI took the time to explain it all, making things much clearer for me.

    MyFundedFutures has truly exceeded my expectations based on my personal experience. I hopped on board during their incredible FRENZY sale back in May, where I couldn’t resist getting a $50,000 account for just $50. What a steal!

    To date, I’ve received three payouts, and the processing times have been impressively quick—just about 2 to 3 days at most before the funds hit my RiseWorks account. The team over at MFFU is phenomenally responsive, always ready to assist with any issues I encounter. Sage and Matt are really approachable guys and they frequently engage with the community on Discord, making you feel like part of the MFFU family.

    What’s even more exciting is that I’ve been offered a LIVE account, an opportunity I never anticipated. Huge kudos to them for allowing me to develop my skills as a trader!

    Microscalping is off the table here, so if you’re trading the NQ, you’ll want to proceed with caution regarding their microscalping regulations. The NQ can move at lightning speed, and your target may be reached in the blink of an eye. However, the firm doesn’t clearly define what constitutes “microscalping.” It would be helpful for them to clarify the specifics, such as the allowable number of ticks or the time in seconds, so traders know what to expect. On a positive note, payouts are processed fairly quickly, and overall, this firm seems to be legitimate.

    On April 24, I bought three 150K challenges. I completed the challenges, and by April 26, my three funded accounts were activated. Initially, everything seemed perfect. The setup process was responsive, and the dashboard is quite impressive!

    I focused on my trading, things were smoothly going as planned, and I finally reached the 14-day milestone to become eligible for payouts. The day after reaching day 14, I did my KYC verification, created my RISEWORKS account, and the payment button on the dashboard became active. All seemed well—the payment request appeared on my dashboard labeled “waiting for payment.”

    However, this is where the situation took a turn for the worse.

    According to their payment policy, I waited until the third working day for my payment—but nothing changed. I initiated a chat request to check on the status and clarify if any issues had arisen. I was told to be patient, as the Risk Team would be consulted about my case. The following day, still no update. I reached out to support again, only to be informed that my case had been forwarded to the Finance Team, with a promise of a response within 24 hours. The next day arrived, yet I was still without any communication.

    When I decided to follow up in the chat, the responsiveness had significantly dropped, and I waited for hours without a reply. I inquired about the reasons for this delay but received no answer. I even sent an email directly to support@myfundedfutures.com, which went unanswered as well. After another reminder in the chat, I was asked for the email address I used for my request. I confirmed it matched the address linked to my MFFU and RISE accounts—the same one that received my challenge account codes. Now, my case was handed off to the Tech Team… which left me wondering who would be next in line!

    It became apparent they were just stalling. Then I received an email from “Sage” on May 18, revealing that my payouts had been declined. While I was reimbursed for my challenge and funded account purchases ($600), it’s no comparison to the $13,150 I was expecting.

    In full transparency, I’ll outline the reasons cited for the rejection: “microscalping, excessive number of trades, and inconsistent sizing.”

    Feeling disheartened, I replied to Sage’s email on May 20 with some questions about the allegations:

    1. Microscalping: What is your precise definition? How long do you define a position being held?
    2. Excessive number of trades: What is your specified limit?
    3. Inconsistent sizing: What range of contract size variation between trades do you permit? Surely it’s unreasonable not to adjust one’s exposure based on the market’s conditions—since it changes daily in terms of volatility and other factors.

    In Sage’s refusal email, they provided two links to their rules and regulations. The reasons for my rejection are vaguely touched upon in the second link, which pertains to “EXPERT” accounts. Meanwhile, I had purchased three “STARTER” challenges!

    This means my payouts were denied based on rules that don’t even apply to me!

    Since May 20, I haven’t received any further communication from MFFU. I’m profoundly confused and feeling stuck with no clear path forward. Yet I maintain honesty and can present all documentation regarding my accounts, trades, and interactions with MFFU.

    Update: I’ve resolved the issue, so I’m raising my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Thanks to MFF!

    I successfully completed a $100,000 evaluation, but when I tried to pay the activation fee, I received a message stating “Risk Blocked Transaction.” I reached out to customer support, who suggested that the problem might be with my bank. So, I attempted to use a different card, yet the same issue persisted. Prior to purchasing my evaluation, I checked the list of prohibited countries, and Kenya was not included.

    That said, I am genuinely impressed with their platform and the responsiveness of their customer service team. They tend to reply quickly to my inquiries, though they fell short in assisting me with this particular issue.
