I bought an account just four business days ago, last Wednesday to be exact, and so far, I’ve received no confirmation email or any form of communication from this company. I’ve reached out to their support desk multiple times, but there’s been no response. Also, I attempted to send an email for an update through their website, but it wouldn’t go through—kept saying there was an error. When I reloaded their site, it indicated that it was “Opening Soon.” A legitimate business wouldn’t accept payment from a customer and then just ignore them like this. It feels like yet another scam in the Forex industry.
