    I’ve been with Quant since it was originally known as AscendXCapital, and up until now, I’ve had no complaints. I’ve been funded by both AscendX and Quant. Recently, I decided to take on another challenge after inquiring about the possibility of trading while working in Kenya for several months a year. I received confirmation in the Discord that it was okay, and I successfully passed phase 2 on January 27, 2025. However, today I was informed that my account was breached due to a route I used specifically while connected to my work VPN in Kenya. The tech team showed no understanding of my situation, especially since I had never faced any IP-related issues before. I attempted to provide proof of my situation, but was simply told to acknowledge the breach, and my account would be reset. While I understand the rules I allegedly violated, the complete lack of reasoning and empathy is frustrating. Despite this setback, I’ve had a generally positive experience, but now I’m reconsidering if I should continue, considering this could become a recurring problem since I often work from remote areas in Africa.

    I’ve encountered an issue with your system when it comes to calculating daily profits. My trade ticket number is 3729702, and I initiated the trade on January 30, 2025, with profit realization occurring the next day, January 31, 2025. Ideally, this profit should only reflect under January 31, but your system seems to be attributing it to both days—January 30 and January 31. This glitch could lead to inconsistencies in your reporting rules, so I kindly urge you to address this issue and ensure the profit is logged solely for January 31. I’m not certain if this is an inadvertent bug or something more deliberate on your end. Thank you for addressing this; I am looking forward to your timely response.

    In addition, I reached out to Quanttekel for further clarity regarding my experience, as they requested further information. I’ve sent them the necessary details, and I’m currently waiting to see how quickly they get back to me.

    Unfortunately, I’m receiving no replies via Discord or Gmail. It’s rather frustrating, as it seems like the firm is more focused on ensuring that traders lose their accounts rather than providing adequate support. They don’t seem to take feedback on Trustpilot into consideration either, especially if they remain unresponsive to my inquiries.
