I wouldn’t touch this place. The “firm” attitude feels more like neglect—especially since the owner has basically jumped ship and left Thomas running things without much direction. Everything feels disorganized, and as a customer you end up dealing with the fallout. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

SoarFunding is a great prop firm—no doubt about it. The only problem here is on my side. I didn’t fully understand the rules properly, and I missed one key detail: every prop firm has the two-minute rule. I honestly didn’t know about it, so that’s on me.

Ben is my mentor. I bought his course years ago, and even now I can still log into the website without any issues. From my experience, Ben is legit, and I’ve seen enough to trust him in this Forex industry. Because of that, I want to make this right and say I’m deeply sorry for what I said earlier. It wasn’t the firm’s fault in my case—I was simply not aware of the 2-minute rule.

Ben is the only person I truly trust in this Forex industry.

I requested a payout on March 13. So far, the process has been smooth. The CEO, Tom, is really responsive, and the customer service team has been excellent throughout. They told me the review would take about 1–3 business days, and then I’d receive my payment. That matches what I expected, honestly.

On the trading side, I haven’t had any breaches. The only issue was a single “soft” violation of the 2-minute rule. For anyone wondering how strict this is: you’re allowed two of those. If you hit three, the account gets deactivated. That’s exactly what happened the first time to me—so I’m being a lot more careful now.

I’m definitely excited to get my payout, and I plan to share my experience widely. I’ve already posted an update in my community of roughly 10,000 traders, because people there always ask about how payouts and reviews actually work.

I’m honestly shocked—are you serious? How is it possible that you suddenly have an issue with my first phase?

I spent real time and effort trading Phase 2, and I even made sure everything was set correctly on the live account. I followed the rules, and you’re now claiming a payout can’t be processed because there was a “rules breach” on Phase 1. That doesn’t make any sense to me, especially since nobody flagged Phase 1 when I passed it.

If Phase 1 is still being reviewed, then why was it considered fine at the time? And why is it suddenly being used as a reason not to pay out now? It feels like you’ve come up with something after the fact, just so I don’t receive my payout.

To be clear, you allowed me to trade Phase 2 and even let me work on an already funded account without any indication that I had failed something earlier. You didn’t warn me, and you didn’t stop me after I made that supposed mistake. That’s what makes this so frustrating.

I’m really disappointed because I put in a lot of time and effort to generate profit—something every trader understands is important. Honestly, this is not right treatment. This issue should have been addressed much earlier, before I wasted all this time trying to reach the payout.

I’m usually pretty skeptical about prop firms—especially the newer ones. But I’ll be honest: I’ve been genuinely impressed with **Soar Funding** from the start.

I actually failed my first challenge, and that was entirely my own fault (nothing on their side—just some careless mistakes). After that, I managed to secure a pass on another deal, and that success came with an **additional free account**.

Since then, I’ve continued progressing, officially passed, and even pulled a **small payout**. So far, everything has been smooth, and I’m really pleased with how it’s gone.

I’ve been funded with them for a while now, and everything has been going great. Payouts come through on time, every time, and the staff and service are consistently top-notch. Honestly, I’d rate them 100%—no complaints from me.

    ## UPDATE

After giving my situation a bit more thought, I want to add one more concern—this time around consistency and transparency.

During the investigation, Soar Funding claimed that my trading activity was allegedly linked to other traders from a public Telegram community. I completely disagree with that. My trading has always been fully independent and, to the best of my knowledge, fully compliant with the rules.

What bothers me is that, based on information that’s been publicly shared and discussed within the community, it looks like other traders who were allegedly in the same group or trading environment were still able to receive payouts without any problems. Meanwhile, my payout request was rejected.

To be clear, I can’t verify what Soar Funding did internally for other accounts, or what evidence they reviewed. But from the outside, this creates a real perception that rules may be interpreted—or enforced—differently between traders. For proprietary trading firms and funded traders to keep trust, consistent and transparent application of the rules is absolutely key.

I still believe my trading was independent and rule-compliant. This update isn’t meant to accuse or speculate wildly. It’s just meant to underline how important clear, consistent, and transparent review standards are across the industry.

    ## UPDATE:

Since my previous review, I’ve collected and documented additional evidence related to my payout dispute with Soar Funding.

On my funded payout certificate, the gross payout was shown as **$9,382.52**. However, the amount actually transferred to me was much lower after an “activation fee” deduction. I wasn’t given a clear, transparent breakdown of that charge, and I didn’t receive a proper invoice for the fee that was taken out.

To clarify, invoices *were* provided for certain services—for example, challenge-related purchases—which suggests the company is capable of producing proper billing documentation. The issue is that no invoice or tax documentation was supplied for the activation fee deductions connected to payouts.

Because of these discrepancies, and because of the lack of invoicing transparency, I’ve submitted a formal report to **HMRC** and the relevant consumer authorities for review.

I’m sharing this update so other traders can make more informed decisions. Before committing to any firm, please carefully check the fee structures, payout terms, and—most importantly—whether they provide clear invoicing and documentation around deductions.

This is, hands down, the worst prop firm I’ve ever seen. And I’m not just talking about a couple of bad experiences. A lot of people I know never actually received their payouts, even after submitting claims. When it came time to pay, the firm suddenly found reasons to deny everything, and the explanations they gave often didn’t match what was really happening. Honestly, it feels like they care more about collecting fees than paying anyone out.

One excuse I was given was that I supposedly didn’t follow their consistency rule. The problem is, the rule on their own website listed it as 23%, and it required you to stay below 25%. On the payout day, I logged in and—surprise—it showed a different number entirely: 28%. I even have screenshots to prove what the percentage was at the time.

On top of that, they also tried denying another payout by claiming I was “copy trading.” Their logic? Someone on a totally different account entered the same position about 3 minutes later. How is that proof of copying? It was such a weak argument that it almost sounded made up.

In my opinion, nobody should give this firm a cent. The whole thing looks like a scam, and they do everything they can to avoid paying winners.

I bought a 100k evaluation at the start of January, and the payment was taken from my bank account right away. Despite that, I never received the item.

I then opened multiple support tickets, and each time I was met with the same response: they claimed it had already been sent. However, they wouldn’t provide any real proof and flat-out refused to process a refund. At that point, I had no choice but to contact my bank and request a chargeback, because the whole situation felt dishonest and they kept holding my money.

Over a month later, I’ve only just gotten my funds back from the bank. So honestly, don’t purchase from here—support is very poor, and they don’t handle issues properly.

  • Oliver Smith

Please don’t buy from Soar Funding. I’m speaking from a pretty clear experience: I made $10,000 across 3 separate accounts and followed every rule I was given—no exaggeration, no “gray area,” and I broke nothing.

So what happened? First, they claimed I violated a “duplicate trades” rule. After I provided my trade logs, they switched the story again and told me I had broken IP rules. The problem is, they never showed me any real IP policy details. In fact, I’ve never seen any actual rule from them stating what they’re accusing me of, and I also never received a single piece of evidence supporting their claims.

In the end, they denied my $10,000 payout and banned me from their Discord. That alone says a lot, but what bothers me most is that they offered nothing tangible to justify it.

If you care about your time and money, I’d seriously avoid this place.

**Edit / Reply to Soar Funding’s comments below:**
They’ve claimed I had IP detections, but they never sent me anything showing that. I have all my MetaTrader logs, and they clearly show my IP stayed consistent the entire time—and it was only used on one device.

Since I posted my review, Soar Funding has also rejected multiple payouts, which makes it seem like they’re struggling with liquidity and are trying to “buy time” by disputing traders instead. I’ve offered, again and again, to prove them wrong, but like always, they ignore it and keep acting like everything is fine. Honestly, their recent Trustpilot scores tell the story better than I ever could.

Smooth experience overall—so far everything has been pretty straightforward. The rules are simple and easy to follow, and it genuinely feels like a reputable firm. No major issues on my end, and I’d be comfortable continuing with them.

In this industry, the big thing that really matters is payouts—and these guys deliver. They process payments on time, no runaround, no weird excuses. That alone is rare enough to stand out.

I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for something reliable. Plus, you can track every payout through their Discord server, which makes it easier to stay on top of what’s going on.

I’m currently waiting on my second payout, and so far everything has been going smoothly.

Soar Funding is the kind of “serious” pro firm you want to deal with. From what I’ve seen, your payment is handled reliably, and that alone makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful. On top of that, their customer support is genuinely friendly—quick to respond and easy to talk to. Overall, it comes across as a trustworthy setup rather than a run-of-the-mill platform.

  • Aamir Rahman

I’ve held off posting this review until I was properly max funded with Soar. Honestly, my experience so far has been absolutely brilliant.

I’ve dealt with a fair few prop firms in the past, so I feel like I know what I’m talking about. With Soar, though, everything has felt smooth and well-handled. Their customer service is genuinely excellent—friendly, professional, and they actually go out of their way to sort things out. Whether it’s Platform 5 glitches or any other kind of issue, they’ve been very fair and consistent. On top of that, if trades are affected by platform problems, they’ll provide refunds, which is a big deal.

What stood out for me most is how they communicate. They answer questions properly and don’t make you feel like a nuisance, even when you’re asking the same thing more than once.

Even the funding process was fast. I received my funded accounts the same day—no messing about. KYC was quick too; it didn’t feel like the usual drawn-out process you sometimes get with other firms.

If Soar keeps delivering like this, they’ll definitely become major players in the prop scene. Seriously, masterclass starts, lads—keep going.

The only downside (and it’s a small one, to be fair) is the 2-minute rule. If they could reduce it to 1 minute, I think it would make things even better, because it can slightly disrupt certain trading strategies.

Lastly, I’m looking forward to collecting payments from Soar. From what I’ve seen, plenty of traders are being paid on time, with no real hassle.

    Cheers again.

Soar Funding is a genuinely solid firm. I received my payout in just 32 working hours, which was honestly faster than I expected. What really stood out, though, was the support team—everyone I interacted with was helpful, supportive, and quick to respond.

If you’re searching for a trading firm you can trust, I’d recommend going with Soar Funding. They keep things refreshingly simple with only 3 rules to follow, unlike other firms that often pile on multiple requirements but still don’t deliver payouts. Just make sure you trade responsibly, follow the rules, and you should be in good shape.

All in all, I’ve had a great experience with Soar Funding and I’d choose them again.

This is a pretty reputable firm, no question. What really stands out, though, is their fast support team. I had an issue and got help quickly—actually faster than I expected. The whole experience felt smooth and reliable from start to finish.

I’ve never come across a more supportive team. They genuinely listen to whatever issues you bring up, and—this is the key part—they actually take action. They’re not cutthroat like some other providers out there, and they handle questions and queries in a fair, timely way too.

On top of that, the constant deals and clear rule structure are a big plus. Overall, I’d say this funding service is a safe bet—you really can’t go wrong.

  • Mohammed Khan

I’ve just had “world-class” customer service from Soar Trading, and honestly, the least I could do is leave a review. I’m not going to ramble or get overly technical, but I was up about **7.5k** on my **one-step** challenge when a **global outage** hit. It wasn’t anything Soar Trading caused—every prop firm and broker was affected—but the impact was brutal. Gold spreads jumped from roughly **1 pip to around 160 pips**, and it instantly pushed me into my daily loss limit. I was absolutely fuming.

What really stood out, though, was how **TB at Soar Funding** handled the whole situation. They dealt with my main issue properly and had everything sorted **within an hour**. My account was restored, and I was genuinely shocked by how quickly and professionally it was managed. That kind of support is rare, and I can’t imagine many other prop firms would even care, let alone move that fast.

I’m now telling friends and family about Soar Trading. I’m also active in their Discord, and based on what I’m seeing, payouts are typically done **within 1–2 days max**. I’m working on passing my evaluation next, and I’m looking forward to receiving my payout.

Fair play to you guys—please keep putting the customer first like this.

I chose Soar Funding mainly because their pricing and rules are genuinely solid—honestly, they’re better than most of what you’ll find in the market. On top of that, they come across as a dependable company. I don’t just say that lightly either: I’ve used several other products developed by one of their owners, and every time I’ve been nothing but satisfied.

As for the service itself, the payout was fast. I requested my withdrawal and received nearly $8,000 within 48 hours, which was a big relief. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Soar Funding if you’re looking for a straightforward, trustworthy platform with competitive terms.

  • Maria Silva

I opened a $200,000 account with Soar Funding and was sitting in the top 10 on their leaderboard. After that, I attempted to withdraw $2,750, but the company immediately closed my account and refused to process the payout.

Their explanation was “price arbitrage,” which honestly feels like something totally out of my hands. From my perspective, it reads more like a technical reason to deny the withdrawal rather than an actual issue I could control. I reached out through support to get it sorted, but things only got worse—because I was banned from their official Discord even though I never posted there. That alone made it pretty clear there wasn’t much transparency or real willingness to help.

Overall, I’d recommend a lot of caution before using Soar Funding.

  • Lotte Van den Bossche

This is a true and trustworthy platform. The spreads are genuinely low, and the support team is actually helpful—if you run into any issues, they usually respond really quickly. Overall, it feels reliable and easy to use.

  • Anik Wick

Absolutely great support. The spreads are consistently solid too—even when major news hits—and the slippage has been basically nonexistent in my experience.

I also got my payout within 24 hours, which was a pleasant surprise.

Big thanks to Soar Funding. I’ll definitely be picking up bigger accounts in the future.

  • Emily Thompson

At first, I had a pretty good experience. Customer support is genuinely strong—there’s a lot of challenge content you can use to test your strategy before you actually buy in. Once you pass, you expect to be able to purchase the challenge to receive a funded account. That’s exactly how I understood the process, and honestly, it sounded solid.

Then came the part that really threw me off. After I finally passed the challenge and went to pay for the funded account, I couldn’t locate the specific challenge I had passed. I thought it might be some kind of glitch or a joke at first, but after contacting online chat, they couldn’t find the challenge either. And I’m not talking about one quick attempt—after several tries, they still couldn’t see it on their side.

It’s honestly unbelievable. How are you supposed to trust a system like that when the result of your work disappears?

I’ve done plenty of trades on “trade now, pay later,” and that part was fine. But my main issue is the one challenge I passed—the only one that’s missing—and it seems to have vanished without any reason. I can’t provide extra details either, because there’s no record of that trading on my account, which I find extremely strange.

  • Aisha Bello

My experience with Soar Funding has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. The support team is genuinely helpful, and they actually respond quickly when you need clarification. Even better, the payout was processed in less than 24 hours, which is honestly rare these days.

Overall, I’m very impressed and I can fully recommend Soar Funding to anyone looking for a reliable option. Thanks again!

  • Teboho Kaizer

Soar-Funding completely surprised me—in a good way. It really lives up to the best parts of what a prop firm can offer. For starters, they actually listen. Customer feedback is implemented, and even small client suggestions seem to get attention. On top of that, they’ve done a solid job streamlining the payment process, so you’re not left guessing or chasing anyone.

Their customer care is also top-notch. I never felt in the dark, either—everything is communicated clearly through emails and their Discord ticketing system. You can get answers quickly, and the updates are frequent enough to keep things moving.

And of course, the trading side is strong. The trading conditions are genuinely competitive, and there are scaling opportunities throughout your journey rather than some “wait until later” approach. That kind of progression makes a big difference.

Overall, I’d recommend Soar-Funding without hesitation to anyone looking for a prop firm built by traders, for traders—check out Soar-funding.com.

I’ve been trading with Soar Funding for about 2 months now, and I can honestly say I really appreciate the experience. What stands out most to me is how transparent and reliable they feel compared to a lot of other prop firms out there. Everything seems clear from the start, and the process hasn’t felt confusing at all.

I’m genuinely looking forward to getting funded with them next. If you’re on the fence, give Soar Funding a try—you probably won’t regret it.

  • Kaja Lahaj

At first, I was tempted by all the glowing reviews about this company. Honestly, I wanted to believe the hype. But my experience didn’t match any of that. I even kept notes and documented everything, because what I saw simply isn’t as polished as it looks from the outside.

Right from the start—before I had finished the challenges—I ran into multiple questions and contacted support. Those messages didn’t get answered for a long time. When responses finally came in, they were far from helpful: parts of my questions were left incomplete, and a few issues were basically ignored. On top of that, the tone wasn’t very friendly either, which is disappointing when you’re already trying to follow the rules of their process.

Then, after I completed the challenge, there was another delay. It took 3 days before I received access to start placing orders in the reward phase. During that transition, I also ran into account problems. Instead of just one account, I was given two. Naturally, that triggered a “rules violation” notification—even though I hadn’t done anything wrong. To make matters worse, they closed the extra account rather than helping sort out what caused the duplication.

What really bothered me overall was that it’s hard to trade the way I normally would. You’re constantly running into restrictions based on rules that, in my view, don’t feel normal or even consistent. For example, you can’t have “too good” of a performance during certain periods. It sounds small, but it completely changes how you approach trading, and it makes getting a reward payout much harder than it should be.

Until now, I’ve stuck with FTMO, and in my opinion they’re the only prop firm that handles things in a more fair way. You can trade in your own style without getting slowed down by extra, nonsensical limitations. Based on my experience, I’d recommend avoiding this company.

  • Andrea Rossi

Soar is a genuinely strong proprietary trading firm. What stands out to me is that it’s built by traders—so they actually understand how the whole process works, not just the marketing side of it. The rules and conditions also feel pretty clear from the start, which is always a good sign.

On top of that, I ran into an issue with how a few lots were being calculated. It wasn’t something huge, but it was still annoying. I reached out and, within just a couple of minutes, they had everything sorted out. Fast and handled properly.

Honestly, I don’t say this lightly, but this is one of the few prop firms I’d consider trustworthy right now. So instead of wasting time bouncing from one option to the next, just save yourself the trouble—I already did the searching for you.

  • Auwal Saniya

Soar Funding has honestly been a great experience for me so far. The platform feels intuitive from the start, so you’re not wasting time trying to figure things out. On top of that, their support team has been consistently quick to respond and actually helpful, which I really value.

One thing that stood out was the level of detail in the feedback during the evaluation process. It wasn’t just generic notes—there were clear takeaways that helped me tighten up my trading strategies and approach. Also, I like that their funding model is transparent and fair. It feels like they’ve built it to be workable for traders with different skill levels, not just the most advanced ones.

Their customer service is knowledgeable too. Whenever I had questions, they explained things clearly and didn’t make it feel like I was bothering them. Overall, I can’t recommend Soar Funding enough—seriously, they’re the best ???.

If you haven’t heard of Soar Funding yet, let me walk you through it. Overall, the experience feels pretty solid—especially if you’re looking for a prop firm that actually pays attention to its traders.

First off, the perks aren’t just surface-level. The support is genuinely good, and the trading rules are flexible enough that you’re not constantly boxed in. On top of that, there’s a trading community that helps people out, and it doesn’t feel like they’re only promoting themselves. They’re actively looking for ways to support traders, which is a big deal.

Another highlight: the discounts. When you buy in, you typically get your account instantly, so you can start right away instead of waiting around.

All in all, Soar Funding is worth checking out.

This is a great prop firm overall. The rules are clear, the pricing is fair, and the weekly newsletter is actually worth reading—there’s real analysis in it, not just generic tips. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent every time I’ve reached out.

Most importantly, the whole operation feels trustworthy. With so many scams floating around in this space, that matters more than anything.

I recently tried out Soar Funding, and honestly, their service really impressed me. Their support team was top-notch—quick to respond, helpful without being pushy, and they made the whole process feel easy from the very start.

Getting set up was smooth and fast, and everything felt transparent right away. I didn’t run into any confusing steps or surprise charges either. What I appreciated most was the straightforward approach: fair rules, competitive spreads (I saw them consistently competitive across the board), and a general willingness to sort things out when needed.

If you’re a trader and you’re considering a prop firm that’s actually reliable, Soar Funding is a solid choice. I’d definitely recommend them.

  • Oliver Smith

Soar Funding is head and shoulders above the other prop firms I’ve come across. What really sets them apart is how dialed-in their process feels—especially their attention to detail and the fact that they genuinely listen to what traders are asking for. It doesn’t come across like a one-size-fits-all setup.

And if something goes wrong (even rarely), their team is quick to step in. The chat platform makes it easy to get support and get back on track fast, which is a huge plus.

Overall, I’d recommend Soar Funding without hesitation.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **5 out of 5 — and honestly, I’d go higher if I could.**

The customer service here is incredibly fast, and everything felt completely legit from start to finish. I didn’t have any issues at all, and the whole experience was smooth.

I’d 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable place to go.

  • William Smith

    I’m giving this one 5 ⭐️, because honestly I can’t rate it 10.

If you’re fed up with prop firms that bury you in hidden rules or delay payouts, this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. They’re still pretty new, but they’re already doing things the right way. In fact, they’re showing strong momentum with 100% customer satisfaction, and it’s easy to see why.

On top of that, you get discount codes, solid spreads, and support that’s genuinely helpful instead of scripted. I also just secured a payout with zero issues, which for me says a lot.

Overall, this is excellent value. ✅

A top-notch prop firm overall. I especially like the weekly newsletter—it’s consistently useful and feels like it’s actually built for traders, not just marketing. The guidance and resources deliver real value week after week, and it honestly makes the whole experience better.

Great prop to trade with. It’s one of the first funded traders I’ve come across, and it also happens to be the first one to pay out. Really happy to see them follow through, and I’m looking forward to trading with Soar for a long time to come.

  • Miguel Santos

This is a very strong prop firm overall. Their spreads, swaps, and commissions are genuinely some of the best around—honestly, they’re almost unreal. On top of that, the CEO actually listens to feedback from traders, and the whole operation feels refreshingly transparent. You get the sense they’re not hiding anything, and that makes the experience a lot smoother.

  • Moussa Bencherif

I’ve been through quite a few prop firms over the last couple years. Some of them started off with decent rules, but once you passed the second stage—or when you finally requested a payout—things got weird. Suddenly there was some “hidden” problem, some extra condition you couldn’t see coming, and they basically tried to delay or deny the payout with extra nonsense.

With SOAR, it honestly takes a while, but the process feels more straightforward than most. What I really like is that other firms often forbid you to trade during certain windows or impose strict limits in and out times after hitting red folders. SOAR, on the other hand, gives you a chance to buy add-ons for the challenge. Plus, there are no minimum trading-day requirements, and swaps/holdings seem almost nonexistent compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere.

At this point, I’m only hoping nobody finds a way to abuse loopholes or exploit bugs, because the whole setup feels pretty clean. There just don’t seem to be those “extra hidden rules” that can suddenly block you from having a proper, fully positive trading experience.

Honestly, I’d recommend SOAR Funding to anyone who’s had a bad experience with other prop firms. And even if you haven’t—still, you might as well give it a try.

    P.S. Not a bit of it—no, I don’t own any prop firm.

You really can’t go wrong here. The spreads are super tight, so you’re not getting squeezed on every trade. Everything feels straightforward, and the platform is easy to navigate once you get going—honestly, it’s one of the smoother experiences I’ve had. On top of that, the rules are clear and sensible, which makes it easier to plan trades instead of second-guessing things. I had a good run with it and I’d absolutely recommend it.

Soar-Funding is one of those brokers that really stands out for execution quality. The spreads are extremely tight—honestly among the best I’ve encountered, which is great if you’re a serious trader and you don’t want costs eating into your results.

On top of that, their support is solid. I ran into a minor server issue and they got back to me in just a few minutes. The team was professional the whole time, and the fix was handled quickly.

Overall, I’d say it’s fast, dependable, and well run. I’d highly recommend Soar-Funding if you care about both spreads and responsive support.

    Great Promos, great people.

From my experience, the pricing is super fair and genuinely competitive, and there are a few optional add-ons that can be pretty tempting. Honestly, the spreads are some of the best I’ve seen from any prop firm, and the leverage feels reasonable without being overly aggressive.

The rules are also realistic, and that matters. There don’t seem to be any sneaky hidden rules, which is a big plus. After the launch, there were a couple of minor technical hiccups, but the team kept me informed the whole way through, and things were smooth overall.

If anything did crop up, it got dealt with pretty fast—usually within 30 minutes to a couple of hours. It looks like those early bugs have mostly been ironed out now, because the last few days have been flawless.

So yeah, I’m very happy with the service so far. Now just need to pass!

I’m really looking forward to seeing what this company brings—it honestly looks amazing so far. Right now, they’re in a $200k funded challenge, which is a solid sign they’ve got momentum behind them.

I only ran into 1 issue, and it was sorted out super quickly. I opened a Discord ticket, and within minutes I had a response and everything was taken care of. Very smooth experience overall.

Fast recovery of a lost account

I ran into a problem where I lost access to my account credentials. Luckily, support stepped in and resolved it pretty quickly—almost within 5 hours. What stood out the most was how clearly they explained what was going on, so I never felt in the dark. Overall, the whole experience was excellent and smooth.
