I requested my withdrawal, but the Superfunded team claimed I broke a rule around copy trading. This is simply not true, and they refuse to provide any “proof” of this alleged breach. I’ve been persistent in trying to retrieve my funds, yet they cling to their narrative. It feels like they’re fabricating reasons to withhold my payout, especially since I achieved significant profits. I can’t shake the feeling that I might be dealing with a scam here.
The lack of professionalism is glaring. The customer service is subpar, and I’ve noticed multiple errors on their website as well.
I’ll keep you posted on any developments.
Update on September 27: Their handling of my case has been anything but professional. I’ve received emails with several typos, and all they keep saying is that I breached a rule, without any evidence to back it up.
Superfunded, please cut the nonsense.

Additionally, the website lacks key contact information, such as a phone number and a physical address. Supderfunded.com has proven to be a disappointing choice in the trading firm landscape. In fact, I would go as far as to say it’s among the worst firms in the industry. Recently, they altered my margin level for XAUUSD during a live trade, triggering an automatic sell of my open position. Specifically, the margin for XAUUSD, which was initially 6000k, suddenly changed to 16,000 overnight, resulting in the closure of my positions. I found myself having to chase them down repeatedly, advocating for my margins and leverage, but it was clear they weren’t concerned about my issues.
The firm is plagued by significant IT and technical problems, and they’ve been suffering from a staff shortage for months. Every time I reach out, they claim everything is sorted, but that just isn’t true. At this point, they appear to be laying the groundwork to undermine my profits, which amount to over 50k. I’m reaching out to anyone who can help put a stop to their questionable practices in the UK.
After countless emails, their indifference is apparent. I successfully cleared their challenge—three times, in fact—but they are grappling with severe payout issues. Many of my friends who also joined are facing similar problems; they’ve refused to pay them after making them wait over three weeks, continually coming up with excuses to reject their payouts. Instead, they offer alternatives like:
1. Refund your challenge money.
2. Provide a free, larger challenge to try again.Excuse me? What happened to the profits? It feels like a scam that has affected so many people. I’m independently fighting this battle and will encourage my friends to share their experiences too, so others are warned.
I’ve kept all the necessary evidence—screenshots, emails, dashboard data—as proof. Reflect on that margin and leverage fiasco I mentioned earlier; I genuinely believe they’re indifferent because they know they will eat away at my 25k, ensuring that they face no losses themselves.
Consider this a serious warning: stay away. It’s a scam of epic proportions. They make the process difficult at every turn—from IT issues to dashboard problems and even during live trading. The staff they do have lack the necessary training and often misinterpret information. When I provide evidence, I’m met with apologies, with excuses like, “Oh, we were looking at outdated documents and made a mistake.” They employ all sorts of tricks when you have a live account, despite first handing out impressive-looking certificates.
Be cautious. Feel free to reach out to me for all the proof I have. My experience with FTMO has led me to feel much more at ease since they’re legitimate and consistent with payments. Initially, I thought I could give Supderfunded.com a chance because they were new, but this has turned into a nightmare.

A couple of months ago, I decided to take on a proprietary trading challenge with this firm, and I must say, the experience has been a mixed bag. I successfully completed the challenge, which was just a single phase, and what drew me to them initially were their impressively low fees, along with the opportunity to trade with a real money account through the broker, Eightcap.
After passing the challenge, I was thrilled to receive my real account in just minutes. I managed to rack up some decent profits, which led me to request a withdrawal. However, it’s been 14 days now, and my withdrawal hasn’t been processed yet. During this waiting period, I’ve learned that I’m unable to hold any open positions, so trading has been off the table for me.
I’ve reached out multiple times via email, but responses have been frustratingly scarce. After raising my concerns, I did receive a reply, which read:
“Hello,
Thanks for reaching out!
We’ve reviewed your situation, and your request is currently under review. Please note that we’re experiencing a significant increase in withdrawal requests from successful traders.
Rest assured, we’re not withholding your funds, and if everything checks out, you’ll get your money as soon as possible.
If there’s anything else we can help you with, just let us know.
Best regards,
Alexander Vladimirov”
So, while I was initially excited about this firm, my current experience has left much to be desired.
