    While it’s accurate that TPT does not reset accounts that have been blown for any reason, the customer service is exceptional. I was connected to an agent in under a minute, and Chris was particularly friendly and incredibly helpful. Payments are processed quickly as well. I believe if TPT were to reset blown accounts due to issues with Rithmic, that would certainly be a positive change.

    I signed up for an account on July 13th, and here we are on the 19th with still no login info. Frustrated, I decided to unsubscribe and requested a refund. I’ve sent four messages, but there’s been no response at all. It feels like Takeprofit is completely unresponsive.

    The customer service is practically nonexistent; they take your money but fail to provide you with the account. It’s just silence on their end. Buyer beware!

    Everything was going fine until Tradovate decided to freeze. I attempted to close my trade ahead of some important news, but Tradovate was totally unresponsive. When I reached out to TPT for help, they directed me back to Tradovate, who in turn sent me right back to TPT. It was pretty frustrating and left me feeling helpless. Unlike other proprietary firms that might reset your account, TPT was not accommodating—they claimed I had traded through the news and issued me a serious breach. With so many other options available in the prop trading space, it really makes you think twice.

    Take profit options are genuine. The support team is consistently quick and responsive. Just today, a member of the support team named Klein resolved my account issue in mere minutes. I really appreciate Klein’s help. I’ve dealt with various companies in the past, but I’ve never experienced such a rapid response. I’m truly impressed by their service.

    To begin with, I’m truly impressed. The way they handle the challenge payment is fantastic, and having your username and password set up automatically on the platform is so convenient. After purchasing my challenge, I took a week to get started; honestly, I just dread all the sign-up processes. But with this firm, everything was automated, which made it easy. Now, I’m in my second week of the $25,000 evaluation. The customer service has been excellent as well. I have a strong feeling that I’ll pass this challenge and become one of their standout clients. Kudos to TPT! I definitely recommend them.

    I encountered some billing issues, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything was sorted out—it took about an hour. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. A big thanks to Mariel Jubilo for her assistance! I really appreciate being able to talk to real people who respond so promptly. Although the resolution took a little time, it was well worth it.

    I initially found their program appealing, especially since their prices were quite competitive compared to other proprietary trading firms, particularly with their zero activation fee promotion. My experience with the evaluation and funding process was positive for several months. Unfortunately, I lost the funded account and never got to experience the payout process, so I can’t provide any insights there.

    However, I did encounter some difficulties on the administrative front. When I kindly requested to update my email address, I was surprised by their strict adherence to their Terms of Service. While their policy does offer some control over personal data, it clearly states that an individual can only be tied to one email address. I had hoped for a bit of flexibility, but instead, they insisted that while they could delete my old email, I would no longer be able to register with them again. I reluctantly accepted this, as I was taking precautions to address possible identity theft issues. It’s worth noting that all the other prop firms I reached out to had no problem allowing me to change my contact information—except for Take Profit Trader.

    Initially, I would have rated them at about 2.5 stars overall, but since they don’t offer half-star ratings, I rounded down.

    Update: I’ve now downgraded my rating to 1 star. After they claimed to have deleted my email, I still received notifications from them, even though I tried unsubscribing using the link in those emails. When I contacted their support team about this issue, I got an unusual response:
    “Dear *****,
    Please kindly send the emails to your spam folder or unsubscribe from our emails.

    Best regards,
    The Profit Team.”

    That works for me.

    The rules and regulations are laid out clearly. It’s their house, their rules, after all. I’ve found the customer service to be prompt and effective in addressing all of my concerns.     Payouts are impressively quick, likely among the best you’ll find in the industry. The firm allows you the freedom to trade according to your own style, making the experience hassle-free. Customer support is generally effective in addressing any concerns you may have. However, there’s a noticeable variance in the efficiency of different agents; some are exceptionally helpful, while others may not meet the same standard. It’s a bit disappointing that the level of service can be inconsistent, but overall, the experience remains positive.

    I’ve worked with several proprietary trading firms in the past, but this one stands out as the best. Their customer service truly shines; you can chat with live support and receive immediate answers to your queries. There’s no waiting for ticket responses or finding yourself in a queue after following up days later. I currently have six accounts with them, and I plan to stick with them for my entire trading career. This firm is the real deal. I’ve canceled my accounts with the others, many of which often impose a plethora of rules and then deny your payout. If you’re looking for a solid option, Take Profit Trader is definitely the way to go!

    These firms are clearly in business to profit, but there are some that genuinely support traders in achieving their primary goal of income generation. This particular firm ranks among them. I’ve found their interface to be user-friendly and intuitive, which makes trading a smoother experience. Plus, the daily payouts at any hour, combined with the absence of scaling rules, are features I truly value.

    Just yesterday, I ran into an issue where I set a personal daily loss limit within Tradovate, which unfortunately triggered and led to my account being mistakenly deactivated. However, I reached out to Polina, who took the time to investigate the matter thoroughly. She escalated the issue and ensured that a fair resolution was reached on my behalf. Because of this experience, I’m confident in giving TPT my endorsement; they certainly don’t fit the “sketchy scammer” label that some may use. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

    Takeprofit has definitely caught my attention, but there are two key improvements that could make a major difference for traders. Firstly, it would be a game-changer to have the option to set a daily loss limit for accounts linked with Tradovate. Secondly, the testing values, even without the activation fee, still feel quite steep. I’ve noticed that competitors are offering promotions with more attractive pricing. It’s something that Takeprofit might want to consider to stay competitive.

    I have to say, I’m quite impressed by the professionalism and speed of the help desk.

    Late one night, around 11 PM EST, I realized I had chosen the wrong system—CQG—so I reached out to support to ask about switching to Rithmic. While they weren’t able to make the switch for me, I was really pleased with how quick and helpful their response was, especially at that late hour.

    I had a conversation with Klein on Monday morning after signing up the previous Friday. I mentioned how I hurried my registration with an old discount code, zerojayday, and expressed my desire to switch to their current promotion, which offers no fees. Thankfully, he addressed my concerns quickly and informed me that the new promo applies to all older discount codes for the convenience of customers. Honestly, I must say, these folks are outstanding! The support is the most timely I’ve experienced, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
