I just cleared my Phase 2 account on 5/1/26. While I was waiting for my funded account, I got an email saying my account was reset back to Phase 1 because I “breached the rules.”
I contacted chat support and they told me the team handling the review is separate, and that I needed to respond to the email confirming my account had been reset. The reason they provided was this: “Following our previous warning regarding your trading activity, we regret to inform you that a recent review of your account has revealed additional trading patterns that align with gambling, punting, or one-sided betting.”
Honestly, there wasn’t any clear breakdown of what I did wrong or what proof they used. That’s the part that really bothered me. I really thought these guys were legit, but at this point I’m not so sure. If you’re going to reset someone, at least give a more specific explanation so you can understand how to avoid it next time.

Quiero dar las gracias al equipo de Supporto de Think Capital y, sobre todo, por la forma en la que me han atendido.
En mi caso, puedo decir que es una compañía bastante seria. He recibido mi primer pago sin problemas, y el ingreso fue desde una cuenta de 50.000 k en Lighting. Además, en ningún momento tuve que esperar demasiado ni preocuparme por el proceso.
De verdad, gracias Think Capital. Se nota que valoran el esfuerzo y que te orientan cuando estás intentando ser un trader rentable.

He was awesome, and honestly he had a ton of patience with me until everything clicked. At first I had a lot of questions—maybe 10 or so—and I kept asking even when I probably should’ve slowed down, but he was still very nice the whole time. By the end, I finally understood, and it felt like such a smooth process.
