Incredible customer support from Habib! He always gets back to me quickly, and he’s genuinely kind every time. Seriously, the response speed is impressive—most of my questions are sorted in no time. If you’re looking for reliable help, I’d highly recommend him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently ran into a problem during the migration of my accounts from Platform 5 to TradeLocker, and honestly, the support from Titan Capital Markets made a huge difference.
To be fair, the migration itself could’ve been stressful, but Wade and Joshua handled everything fast and in a very professional way. They were quick to respond over Discord, walked me through what was happening in plain terms, and kept things moving until my accounts were fully sorted. No unnecessary back-and-forth, and there weren’t any noticeable delays on their end.
That kind of responsiveness is pretty rare, especially in trading where every minute counts. Big shout-out to Wade and Joshua for keeping the process smooth and making sure I wasn’t left hanging.
Overall, great support and a solid team working behind the scenes.
I’m posting this because I think other traders deserve a clear heads-up about Titan Capital Markets. I’m not sharing this lightly—I spent a lot of time, money, and effort going through their process, including multiple failed attempts, just to finally get through 5 evaluation accounts.
Here’s the part that really doesn’t sit right with me. Out of the 5 accounts, 4 had already passed all the required phases. They were only waiting on the minimum trading days before being advanced. You’d think that would mean I was close to getting funded. Instead, Titan told me they were cancelling all 5 accounts due to what they claimed was a “maximum allocation breach.”
I strongly disagree with that decision. From what I can see in my records (and the screenshots I have saved), there wasn’t even a single day—or moment—where I exceeded the $200,000 maximum allocation at the same time. The EURUSD trades they referenced were from different periods and, in my view, they didn’t overlap in any way that would justify cancelling every single account. Some of the trades were also tiny (like 0.01 lot positions), and those were only there to help complete the minimum trading days. They weren’t used to increase exposure, run copy trading, abuse allocation, or get any kind of unfair edge.
I kept asking Titan for a proper, transparent breakdown of the breach. Specifically, I wanted the exact date and time when the alleged limit was exceeded, which accounts were included in the calculation, the instrument(s) traded, and how the allocation was calculated at that exact moment. I never received a real answer that proved I exceeded the limit simultaneously. What I got instead was basically: Risk reviewed it, and the decision was final.
And then things got even worse.
After the cancellation, Titan initially offered me “goodwill” compensation—either a 3-step $50k account or a 2-step $25k account. But when I continued to challenge their decision and questioned what I believed was an incorrect call, they reduced the offer down to a 3-step $25k or a 2-step $10k account. Even that option didn’t last. They ended up cancelling the compensation account too, and to make matters more frustrating, they banned me from their Discord.
In my opinion, the whole sequence makes it clear that I wasn’t being treated fairly—especially not after I kept requesting legitimate clarification. It felt like they only escalated once I refused to just accept the cancellation without evidence.
This is where my warning comes in: Titan’s process may claim to be rule-based, but prop firms still need to apply those rules transparently, consistently, and with proper proof. If there’s truly a breach, show the exact details. Don’t just give a final statement and close the door.
So yeah, I can’t recommend Titan Capital Markets. Please be careful. In my case, the moment I finally got close to funded status, they cancelled everything on a justification I don’t believe was properly demonstrated—and when I pushed back for clarity, I was removed and banned.
I do have screenshots covering the full timeline: the conversations, account details, the explanations given, the compensation offer, and what happened afterward.
The support team responded really fast when I opened a ticket, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. They quickly sorted out the issue I had and were equally helpful when I had a couple of follow-up questions.
Evans was the person who helped me and he was an absolute top bloke—proper professional, friendly, and on the ball. Highly recommend.
I ran into a problem when trying to switch accounts from Platform 5 to TradeLocker. Thankfully, the support team handled it and got everything sorted out pretty quickly, so the issue was addressed in a timely manner.
Dealing with Joshua has been a real pleasure. He’s super responsive and genuinely understanding, even when you ask the more tedious questions or bring up concerns. Honestly, it’s been a smooth experience from start to finish—so far I’d rate it 10 out of 10.
Got quick, no-fuss help from the team, and honestly I’m really grateful. They were responsive and solved my issue without dragging it out.
I can’t recommend this company at all. In fact, my experience was so bad that I’d strongly advise you to skip them entirely. They didn’t pay out as promised, and what’s frustrating is how dismissive they were about it afterward.
If you’re thinking about buying from this firm, don’t. Honestly, you won’t get a payout, and you’ll be left dealing with the same excuses. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
I normally don’t write reviews, but this one has genuinely been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had.
After I successfully completed both phases, my funded account was suddenly flagged as “high risk exposure.” I then went through multiple rounds of conversations and escalations. Eventually, one of their own team members admitted that it looked like a “false flag.” And still—despite that— I was pressured to accept a formal warning just to get access to my funded account released.
What truly made everything worse was the communication. Support agents seemed to contradict each other constantly, and my questions were either dodged or answered in a very circular way. I kept asking the most basic thing: why was I required to accept a warning for something they themselves said was a false flag? Nobody ever gave me a straightforward explanation.
Instead, I got vague responses, copied/pasted-style replies, and indirect threats about restrictions or even termination. At one point, a support person got defensive and basically accused me of “failing to comprehend” their message—just because I kept asking for clarification. Honestly, the professionalism here was disappointing, especially for a company that deals with funded trading accounts and trader evaluations.
The dismissal also really stuck with me. I was told something like, “We can refund you—go trade elsewhere.” For a business that claims to support traders, that felt cold and unprofessional, not like a real attempt to resolve the issue.
On top of that, some staff members seemed to have a serious ego problem. Rather than calmly working through the problem or communicating transparently, a few responses felt more focused on asserting authority than actually helping a customer.
I even took the time to write a respectful email about the stress, uncertainty, and wasted time this caused me after completing both phases. In that email, I also asked politely if there could be some goodwill compensation or consideration—especially since, again, they referred to it as a “false flag.” That request was completely ignored.
After this, I honestly don’t have much confidence that I’d receive a payout without issues, particularly given how their agreement and internal policies seem to give the company extremely broad discretion. When disputes come up, it feels like traders don’t have much protection or a fair chance to be heard. Only time will tell how they handle things going forward, but right now it doesn’t look great.
One more thing: the fact that there’s already a warning visible on their Trustpilot page, and that multiple reviews have reportedly been removed for authenticity concerns, adds even more doubt on my side. It raises questions about credibility and transparency.
Overall, the vibe I got wasn’t that the company is focused on supporting and developing traders. It felt more like they’re focused on maintaining control and protecting the company’s position whenever something goes wrong.
I’m also expecting the usual pattern—after reading other reviews, it seems like public complaints often get met with long replies that try to deny or justify what happened. That’s exactly why I documented everything: I saved screenshots, emails, and the conversation records throughout the entire process.
I stayed respectful and patient for most of it, even with delays and unclear communication. But the end result left me with very little confidence in how Titan Capital handles traders when problems happen internally.
If you’re considering using them, my advice is simple: document everything, and be ready for poor communication if things don’t go smoothly.
That said, this review could be updated in the future if Titan Capital shows real improvement—better communication, more transparency, and a more constructive way of handling customer concerns and internal mistakes.
Very disappointing experience overall.
Evan was incredibly helpful, and he fixed my problem in just a few seconds. Seriously—everything was smooth, quick, and easy thanks to his support.
I reached out for help, and within just a few minutes my issue was fully resolved. Titan Capital Markets delivered top-notch service overall, and I especially want to thank Evan for stepping in and assisting me quickly. Definitely a great experience.
Absolutely great experience! Everything went smoothly, and it was genuinely a pleasure. Special thanks to Raza as well—really appreciated the help and support.
Absolutely amazing staff. I’ve been following the CEO for years, and you can really feel the momentum building. They’re still not profitable yet, sure, but things definitely seem to be moving in the right direction—and honestly, I can see that “light at the end of the tunnel.”
Big shoutout to Evans! SH to Evans!
Evan/Joshua were great—honestly, the kind of team you can count on. They were professional, quick to respond, and made the whole experience feel smooth from start to finish. I didn’t run into any problems, and everything was handled the way it should’ve been. Would absolutely recommend them.
I recently joined Titan Capital and bought an Instant Pro account under their buy one, get one free deal (two accounts for the price of one). I signed up just two days ago, and honestly, I thought everything was pretty straightforward—until today.
Because of a misunderstanding on my end, I placed a trade without setting a stop loss. Before I could fix it, my account was hard breached. That was a pretty stressful surprise.
I reached out to support, and I have to say they moved fast. Raza replied first and was very clear that the issue was ultimately caused by my own mistake, and that they wouldn’t be able to restore the account. I explained that I genuinely wasn’t aware of the stop loss requirement, and we went from there.
After that, Wade took over and was much more helpful. He offered me a two-phase account as a replacement, which I really didn’t expect. His tone was professional, but also genuinely kind, and the whole situation was handled far better than I anticipated.
Big thanks to both Raza and Wade for stepping in and sorting this out quickly. I’m honestly happy with how they supported me, and I’ll feel more confident going forward.
Joshua was extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. I’d genuinely recommend him to anyone who needs support. The company’s staff are also very friendly and genuinely supportive, which made a big difference for me.
That overall experience is exactly why I decided to purchase an account. I can see a positive future with them, and I’m looking forward to continuing with the service.
Big shout-out to Joshua—seriously, thank you for helping me so quickly and so well when I ran into an issue! It’s about 10:00 p.m. for me right now, and the fact that live support was still available within seconds is honestly wild.
So yeah, just to be clear: thank you again, Joshua. You’re incredibly fast, and you’re the real GOAT.
Fast and efficient service—honestly, everything felt smooth from start to finish. The job was done properly, and I appreciate the attention to detail. Big thanks to Joshua for getting it handled so quickly. Keep up the great work! <3
The team replied quickly, and that alone already put me at ease. What really stood out, though, was their unwavering confidence and the way they handled my questions with genuine care. Customer service was excellent, and their support felt consistently reliable throughout the whole process.
Great customer service—problem solved quickly by EVANS.
I was honestly pretty worried about my issue with Titan. However, EVANS handled everything fast and got it sorted in no time. I’m completely satisfied with his service, and the whole experience put my mind at ease.
Keep it up, EVANS!
Evans was genuinely helpful when I was trying to get my extra account set up on the offer. It wasn’t just a quick fix either—he walked me through what I needed and made the whole process a lot smoother than I expected. Definitely appreciate the support.
From the moment I reached out, I was genuinely impressed. Their support team got back to me within seconds, and Evans in particular was incredibly helpful—like, really helpful. The whole experience felt smooth and fast, not at all frustrating. If you’re looking for a solid next step, I’d definitely recommend Titans as your prop firm.
Support here is genuinely impressive—fast, friendly, and on the ball. I ran into a payout date issue and Raza jumped in right away and got it sorted in under 15 minutes after I opened a ticket on their Discord. Honestly, that kind of response time is rare.
There’s also a great community vibe overall, so the whole experience feels smooth from start to finish.
I needed some clarification about the payout timers, and honestly the help I got from Habib (TCM) was immediate and straight to the point. He’s a very helpful person, and it really shows in how he handled my questions.
Titans is known for quick responses, but that doesn’t always mean everything is delivered politely too. In Habib’s case though, he was on it. He made the effort to explain every little detail I wanted to know, without rushing me or leaving anything out. Honestly, you’d be lucky to have him take your case—he really treats it like it matters.
My journey began with TCM, and honestly, a huge thanks to Habib for all the help. He was really supportive throughout the process, and it made a noticeable difference.
Thanks Habib TCM for the quick support! Seriously, it was fast and helped sort things out right away. Much appreciated.
I’m fairly new to this firm, but so far my experience has been really positive. TCM Koushik assisted me and responded to my enquiry quickly, which I truly appreciated. The whole process felt smooth and easy.
I’m definitely looking forward to working with the firm going forward—hopefully great things are still to come.
Absolutely top-notch support team. I reached out and they had everything sorted in about 12 minutes—honestly quicker than I expected. Really solid firm, and the service felt genuinely helpful. Five stars without question.
Absolutely a great experience. The team was really responsive, and they had me back on track in no time. Big shout out to Joshua as well—his support was quick, clear, and honestly super helpful.
The support staff here is genuinely fast and responsive. They jump on issues right away and help you sort things out ASAP. In my case, Koushik and Evan were the ones who assisted me, and they got my account up and running in record time. Overall, the whole process was quick, smooth, and I didn’t have to wait around much at all.
This is honestly just the best prop firm around, and I don’t say that lightly. One of the biggest wins for me has been their discounts and promos—there are some really solid deals that make getting started a lot easier.
On top of that, the support team is genuinely friendly and quick to help, not just generic responses. They actually walk you through things when you need it.
Big shoutout to Joshua for the great assistance!
Only in TCM do you get 50% off, and you can even get free add-ons in the same account size. On top of that, the platform feels really smooth to use, and customer support is genuinely helpful when you need it. Overall, it’s a great deal and a pretty solid experience.
Good firm, good support. Honestly, that’s the vibe from start to finish—everything feels solid, and the help you get is genuinely responsive. Not much more you can ask for, really.
I requested a payout and got rejected almost immediately. The reason they gave was that I was “tick scalping,” even though my trades are generally under 2 minutes. What bothered me is that this wasn’t clearly stated anywhere in their restricted trading practice—or in their Instant Funded rules either. It really felt like they were just looking for an excuse to deny the payout.
Because of that, I’m dropping my rating from 5 to 2 stars. For customer service, I had originally left a better review, but after this experience it didn’t feel fair.
Here’s the issue: if a minimum trade holding time rule exists, it should be listed openly. The fact that it only came up when I requested my payout (and not during the account rules review) makes it seem like those terms are not transparent—like they’re “hidden” until a rejection happens. Out of 51 trades, 20 of them were under 2 minutes, and I’m not denying that. I just don’t think it should be sprung on you later when it wasn’t mentioned publicly beforehand.
**Update response:** Yes, I acknowledge that less than half of my trades were under 2 minutes. At first, I didn’t dispute the rejection logic—I just didn’t know about the rule beforehand. Maybe they mention it in Discord, but I honestly don’t sit there reading every chat message before I start trading. I also opened a ticket, and they said the same thing. Only after that did I learn about this requirement.
In my view, since it isn’t written in the prohibited strategies or in the Instant Funded rule set, it feels like it isn’t properly disclosed to the public. Realistically, nobody wants to (or can) read every Discord thread just to figure out what they might reject you for later. So yes—based on how it was handled, it feels hidden.
Support was absolutely great. Huge thanks to Evan and Koushik for digging into my issues and getting everything sorted in under 20 minutes—honestly, that was really impressive. So far, my experience with TCM has been fantastic, and they definitely handle things fast when something goes wrong.
I ran into a problem with my account (totally my own fault) and decided to reach out to customer support on Discord. Wade and Evan stepped in and handled everything quickly—they had my issue sorted in about 10 minutes. Honestly, it was a smooth experience and the service felt genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.
Solid prop firm with a pretty smooth experience overall. The customer support is genuinely strong—fast, helpful, and they actually stick around until the issue is resolved. Big shout-out to Koushik for his assistance. Highly recommended if you want good service alongside clear trading expectations.

Great Customer Service and Support Team
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Habib and Hasan for the quick help from the support team. I had a few dashboard details that needed correcting, and they handled everything fast and efficiently. It was all sorted in a timely way, which I really appreciated.
Honestly, this is top-tier customer service. I’ve been with TCM for quite a while now, and in that time I’ve noticed they consistently respond quickly and actually get things fixed. Thanks again to the team!
