I requested a payout almost 9 days ago, and I still haven’t gotten a reply or anything like a proper update. Honestly, support hasn’t helped at all, and it’s pretty frustrating. My first payout came through in a reasonable amount of time, so I expected the same service this round—but this delay just isn’t acceptable. I’ll update my review again once my payout is actually handled.
At the moment, I’m missing out on trades and opportunities to make more, which makes everything feel even worse. It’s really disappointing.
UPDATE
Both of my payouts (over $3,000 each) were rejected with no explanation whatsoever. Nothing was done wrong on my side either. I’ve been trading these accounts for about 3 months, and the moment I finally go to cash out, they suddenly reject it.To make matters worse, I was removed from their program. That doesn’t feel fair at all. They basically push people to buy challenges, but when it comes time to pay out, this is what happens. I’m genuinely unhappy because this is money I earned through my own effort.
YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. There is no real reason to remove me when I’m profitable. It feels like this “company” just doesn’t want to pay. The refund they offered is pointless, because I earned far more than that. I want my payout, and once I get it, I’ll leave you alone. If not, I will pursue legal action.

La verdad, ya están en un punto de quiebre. Llevan 2 pagos seguidos rechazados y, encima, me están descontando “profits” que supuestamente estaban válidos dentro de sus reglas, que sinceramente dejan mucho que desear. Con todo esto, definitivamente es la peor empresa que hay ahorita. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Slecht… echt heel slecht.
Tot nu toe had ik eigenlijk alleen maar goede ervaringen met deze partij. Ik had zo’n $1 miljoen aan funding bij ze lopen. En zelfs toen ik nog binnen de drawdown zat, bleven de actieve accounts gewoon draaien. Vervolgens besloten ze echter om alle accounts die ik nog gefinancierd had te breken/stoppen—bijna $6k in waarde, zeg maar—terwijl er volgens mij geen enkele regel echt geschonden werd (en mijn $1 miljoen funded allocation was nog steeds van kracht).
Ik zat bijna een maand in drawdown en ik kwam eindelijk weer terug naar break-even, zelfs met wat winst. En toen kreeg ik een e-mail dat ze al mijn accounts beëindigen voor het leven. De reden die ze gaven: ik zou een “support role” hebben bij een andere prop firm.
Dat klopt natuurlijk totaal niet met de voorwaarden. Ze hebben volgens mij geen duidelijke regels die dit toestaan of verbieden, en ze hebben me ook nergens van tevoren gewaarschuwd.
Geen refunds. Geen uitbetaling van de winst die ik al had opgebouwd. Niets.
Eerlijk: ik zou deze jongens nooit meer vertrouwen.
Daarbovenop veranderen ze nogal eens regels voor actieve accounts, zonder goede uitleg. Ook krijg ik wekenlang geen antwoord op e-mails. Ik ben daarnaast geband van Discord—ik vermoed omdat ze bang zijn dat ik dingen ga noemen over hoe dit allemaal is gegaan.
Kortom: alles terwijl ze mijn funding en zelfs mijn payouts gebruiken voor hun marketing. Voor mij voelt dit als een regelrechte backstab door een bedrijf dat ik echt vertrouwde.

Llevo más de 6 meses usando esta empresa y ya he logrado hacer más de 6 retiros. Lo que más me gusta es la atención al cliente: es bastante personalizada y, a la vez, directa. Tanto por correo como por el chat dentro de la plataforma responden rápido y sin dar vueltas. También debo mencionar que los pagos son súper ágiles; hasta ahora no he tenido ningún problema con los retiros, ni con la operativa. Por eso, de momento sigo invirtiendo con ellos.

Profesionalismo y transparencia al 100%, en serio. Se siente el calor humano desde el primer momento, y los pagos son súper rápidos, sin vueltas. Yo esperaba más proceso, pero todo fue bastante fluido.

Tuve una situación con la app de Trade Locker hoy y, por suerte, todo se resolvió bastante rápido. Primero mandé un mensaje por el Discord y Jonathan respondió en cuestión de minutos, como si estuviera al tanto en tiempo real.
Después también envié un correo a soporte y, honestamente, me contestaron súper rápido. Lo mejor es que hicieron los ajustes necesarios en mi cuenta en menos de 10 minutos, tal como lo prometieron. En total, diría que fue cosa de 8-9 minutos.
Esta compañía está a otro nivel con su servicio al cliente: son muy profesionales, transparentes y se nota el seguimiento. En resumen, PropFirm Grade A+.

También me comuniqué con soporte técnico por unas preguntas que tenía y, la verdad, Bryan (sí, Bryan) dio un excelente servicio. This trading firm is nothing but a scam. As a trader from India, I’ve successfully passed their evaluation process twice, each time reaching the 100k mark. However, they keep claiming that I broke the rules, which is incredibly frustrating. It’s baffling that they flag my account for using the same IP address, which is pretty standard for people in my situation. I urge you to stay away from this proprietary firm. Save your time and money.

Payout request
I’ve just received an email about my payout request, which apparently hasn’t been processed because of dashboard errors. To be honest, I’ve never even seen the issue properly, but I’ve spent the last few days chasing them for an update. A manager called Bryan told me it would be processed “in a few days” — that was the latest response I got. Nothing happened after that, so I tried reaching out to the owner, Jonathan. Unfortunately, he wasn’t available at all during the whole period, which really didn’t sit right with me.
Then, out of nowhere, they sent an email saying they’d refunded the amount I’d put in. My drawdown got reset as well, which is frustrating. On top of that, they deleted my user from Discord and removed me from the server.
Overall, it’s been a complete waste of time. If you’re going to let people know you can’t process payments, don’t string them along for years — it’s not acceptable.
