It seems this firm is keen on silencing its critics and upholding a fabricated reputation.

Just take a look at the flood of positive reviews from only a few days ago; I can’t shake the feeling that these were written by their own team. Since February 14, the trading platform has been completely inaccessible, and it seems like they have no intention of resolving the situation anytime soon. I’ve received official confirmation about the platform being down from a customer service representative, yet as of this morning, they aren’t even responding to my messages or answering phone calls.

The server has been down for over a week now, but coincidentally, this only affects accounts that are in profit. There’s also no helpdesk support available. Generally, when a server issue arises, it should be resolved in just a few hours, not dragged out for weeks. I demand a refund!

According to the payment rules, withdrawals are processed on Mondays and Thursdays, yet here I am, waiting for over a week!
