After requesting my second payout with my current funded account, I was called in for an interview. To be honest, I had seen some of the negative reviews floating around, which led me to believe that Alpha had become less trader-friendly. However, during the interview, the only things they asked for were my KYC documents and details about my trading strategy—nothing more.
Honestly, to those who have left negative feedback, if you were in the hot seat, shouldn’t you be able to respond to basic questions that even a novice trader could handle? The interviewer was pretty relaxed, calm, and even expressed regret that my payout was delayed due to the interview process.
I’ve always thought they were one of the best firms in the industry, and I can confidently say that once again today. Wishing all the best to ACG!

The firm hosts a variety of helpful channels on their Discord, but my favorite is definitely Market Watch with Planty. It’s a great opportunity to learn from someone who is knowledgeable in the industry, and the community is fantastic overall. The team behind the firm, along with the Discord moderators, are very engaging and responsive to any issues that arise, usually resolving them swiftly.

I encountered a significant price glitch on Gold in December, where the price fluctuated a staggering $40 in just a matter of seconds. During this volatility, a limit order that I had set earlier in the day was triggered—but not at my intended price. Instead, it executed $40 higher, resulting in my max daily loss being reached in the blink of an eye.
When I reached out to Alpha for an explanation, they attributed the issue to low liquidity. However, given that the spreads remained relatively tight during that time, this reasoning seemed flawed. After further pressing their Head of Trading for clarity, I was informed that my contract with Alpha Capital would be terminated, and I would receive a refund for the purchase of my funded account. Shockingly, I was told that I would be banned for life from trading with them.
Upon reviewing their Discord channel, it appeared that several other traders were similarly affected and had their accounts blown that day too. The entire situation felt particularly dubious, and when one individual who understood the intricacies of data feeds challenged them, Alpha could not provide a satisfactory explanation. I would advise steering clear of Alpha Capital.

This company is a total scam. Since July 2024, I’ve been waiting for my payment with no resolution in sight. Whenever I reach out to customer service, there’s simply no response. Ms. Kadean, the coach I initially spoke to, assured me that my payment would be transferred from a bank in my country, citing that they have accounts with various banks. That turned out to be a complete falsehood.
On numerous occasions, they requested that I pay processing fees, each time providing a different excuse as to why my payment wasn’t coming through. Then there’s a woman claiming to work for the company who repeatedly promised to send my money, only to later say that the payment was stopped by the company or that the “bank” had seized it. To maintain the illusion, they would even send a video clip showing a bag of cash, claiming it was at the “bank.” It’s clear this is a well-orchestrated operation designed to deceive.
