Everything was progressing smoothly until I encountered an issue with two of my funded accounts, which were wrongly flagged for group copy trading. This was completely baffling to me, as I’ve never engaged in such practices. My trading activities have always been confined to my private account. When I reached out to ACG to clarify whether I could use my personal account for copy trading, they fully authorized it for both accounts.
Up until last week, I had received multiple payouts from ACG and I still have two pending payouts that I’ve been anxiously waiting for since July 31st. Understandably, my frustration has mounted given that I did nothing to warrant this situation. To make matters worse, I am unable to log back into the website, likely due to being IP blocked.
I’ve tried getting in touch with live support, and they advised me to respond to their email. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response.

I’ve followed all the necessary procedures and attempted to contact them three separate times, yet my refund remains unresolved, and my requests have gone unanswered.

I successfully completed both phases on June 7, 2024, but I was left frustrated after waiting until June 16 to receive an email stating that they wouldn’t grant me a funded account. The reason given was “order spamming,” which appears to mean I made ten 0.10 orders rather than a single 1.00 order. Honestly, it seems like a ridiculous rule to have. To make matters worse, this spamming guideline was only added to their FAQ on June 13. I’ve seen numerous traders in Discord reporting similar experiences of being denied a funded account, along with many others still waiting on their payouts. I strongly recommend you consider other options for your trading needs. It’s just not worth it!

Completing the initial stages for my funded account was surprisingly straightforward, and everything fell into place seamlessly. After trading for just five days, I applied for my first payout. Initially, it was indicated that the payout would take two days; however, that timeframe extended unexpectedly to four business days. I admit, I felt a wave of anxiety during that waiting period and started to worry that the payout might not materialize. Thankfully, Lukasz from the Discord community came to my rescue, ensuring everything was on track. Today, I received my first payout, and I couldn’t be happier! While it was two days later than I had anticipated and my account remained inactive during those four days, I’ve now put all my concerns to rest. Thank you!

Before committing your time and resources, it’s crucial to thoroughly examine the reviews available. There’s a notable presence of individuals on their Discord channel who are actively pursuing payouts, yet they frequently encounter numerous excuses for denial. Unfortunately, customer support is virtually non-existent, and any communication from the payment team seems to be absent altogether. The WESS representative responding to reviews here likely won’t provide any substantial replies either.
While I won’t outright label them a scam, they fall far below acceptable standards. Many of the five-star reviews appear to be either spam or fabricated—just take a moment to review them. This operation seems akin to a pyramid scheme; having reached a profitable point, they might now be preparing to exit the scene.

Alpha Capital Group has garnered a reputation among my peers and online as little more than a scam.
The Discord support team is unhelpful at best; they often dismiss your concerns and when you attempt to clarify, you find yourself banned. Instead of providing realistic, tailored responses, all you get are generic copy-and-paste replies: “Read this,” “Look there,” but never a straightforward answer to your queries. Interaction with @lukasalphacapitalgroup and @Nayyaalphacapitalgroup has been a significant waste of my time and energy, culminating in their decision to ban me. If you challenge their answers, they ban you. If they simply don’t want to engage, it’s the same outcome. Screenshots and messages clearly reflect this troubling behavior, which ultimately reflects poorly on the company itself. I used their services for less than a month, and that will be the last time.
They seem to have an answer for everything—until they don’t. At that point, they just vanish along with your money.
When they say, “Send an email to this address for assistance,” it feels dismissive and frustrating.
If they truly have nothing to hide and can maintain professionalism, then why resort to childish antics and deflect criticism from multiple users?
Alpha Capital is slow and unreliable for various reasons. They make grand promises, yet they never come through.
It’s disheartening, especially since I was referred to them by an influencer, who I now regret recommending to anyone.
Numerous accounts have echoed that they will take your money and waste your time.
Stay clear of them. Do not engage with their services!

I’ve reached out to support multiple times, yet they haven’t responded at all, leaving me without any explanation for this situation. It’s worth noting that I’ve never engaged in group negotiations and was merely in the phase two evaluation. Once they collect our money for the challenge, it feels like they completely disregard us. Honestly, this seems like just another proprietary trading firm that will likely falter like many before it.

I’ve tried several proprietary trading firms, but this one stands out as the most untrustworthy I’ve encountered. They failed two of my challenges, claiming I fell below the daily drawdown limit when, in reality, I did not. Upon raising my concerns, they sent me a screenshot of a tampered account that had someone else’s name on it, clearly indicating their intent to deceive.
The slippage I experienced with this firm is unprecedented. I’ve been compelled to report them to trading standards and consider taking legal action to seek restitution. It’s evident these individuals are only interested in making a quick profit before abandoning the industry. Their subpar YouTube content is telling of the type of people managing this second-rate operation. Don’t be misled by their low challenge fees as I was; they’re inexpensive for a reason.
I can also indicate that this company responds to reviews with unfounded claims. When I threatened legal measures, they eventually refunded my challenge fee because they recognized their deceptive practices. I have documented evidence that I plan to share with various well-known influencers in the Forex community, and it will be made public shortly.

I have had three successful payouts with this firm, but everything changed after June 12th. Following my one trade, I anticipated my usual payout of $100. However, after five days with no payout, I reached out via email. They assured me the payment would be sent on Monday. Yet, two days later, still nothing had arrived. At this point, my emails went unanswered, and the live chat support was inconsistent at best, with representatives claiming the payment had been escalated and citing staff shortages.
After nearly a week of waiting, I finally received an email stating that “Account number 1375582 has violated Max Daily Loss/Max Total Loss,” despite not having made any trades while I awaited my payout. If they can’t manage a straightforward $100 payment, one wonders how other customers are faring. I have kept detailed screenshots to back up my claims. Meanwhile, the firm seems to be flooding social media with promotions, seemingly trying to squeeze profits before potentially closing down, reminiscent of what happened with FundedTraded.
Additionally, the sudden introduction of a lot size rule—implemented without prior notice—has raised concerns. My initial entry was set at $50, with a target profit of $125, mirroring my previous experiences. It feels like they are systematically weeding out profitable traders, which might explain the increasing number of negative reviews surfacing lately.

On January 5, 2024, George, the CEO, introduced a new regulation in the Discord channel, stating that profits would be validated if a trade lasting over one hour hit take profit during a major news event. Taking this into account, I executed a trade under this guideline on February 5, 2024, around 3:15 PM, and the position was closed the following day at 1:30 PM during the Non-Farm Payroll release. When I requested my payout, it was unjustly denied on the grounds of the news event, which didn’t surprise me, given the recently altered rule and the removal of the announcement from Discord. Anticipating such an outcome, I had taken screenshots of various staff members discussing the rule on different dates, confirming it was still in effect.
I exchanged messages with support, but my concerns were met with initial denial of the rule’s existence. When I presented my evidence, their response shifted to claims of “unrealistic fills.” Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, I received only generic replies, leaving me frustrated. This back-and-forth dragged on for several days, during which my profits were removed from my account based on the premise of unrealistic fills. I feel this was a significant oversight, especially since I adhered to the guidelines in place at that time. I sincerely hope someone at Alpha Capital takes notice of this issue and works towards a resolution, as my experience with the firm had been positive until now.

This proprietary trading firm is among the least impressive in the industry, known for their exorbitantly high spreads that can boggle the mind. It’s almost unbelievable how excessive they can be. The operation seems to rely on a Ponzi-like structure, where payouts depend on the misfortunes of others failing their challenges. Support is virtually nonexistent, and to put it plainly, it’s really quite poor. So, before you consider purchasing a challenge from what many are calling the “worst prop firm” out there, it’s wise to think it over carefully. Additionally, the combination of those steep spreads and a laughable leverage means that by the time you execute a trade, you’re already facing a drawdown. In short, it’s best to steer clear.

Ever since the switch to “live conditions,” I’ve noticed that every entry and every stop-loss order is executed with significant slippage. When I raise my concerns, the response I get is simply, “these are no longer demo conditions.” I’m left wondering why all take-profit orders are executed to the exact pip, though. I’ve yet to receive a satisfactory answer, likely because they can’t provide one. With a funded account and a position size of 10 lots, I find myself losing approximately $40 to $90 at entry alone, and with a slipped stop-loss, that’s an additional loss of $40 to $90. And this is just for one trade on a funded account.
It’s reminiscent of the issues I encountered with MFF back in the day.
