I am extremely disappointed with this firm. Their customer support feels quite immature. Initially, they assured me a refund if I managed to return my accounts to breakeven. Once I did achieve breakeven, however, they began to ignore my communications. It took nearly two months after I reached that point for them to respond, despite my numerous emails warning them that I was considering legal action. Ultimately, the refund was processed only after a long, frustrating three months of back-and-forth. We exchanged around 43 emails throughout this ordeal. I can’t say they are dependable in any respect. From now on, I will steer clear of them completely. Purchasing a challenge from them is out of the question for me.
I purchased a $10,000 account from this firm, and I’m still waiting for my funded account to come through. They’ve rebranded, adopting a new name, and it’s now a different entity. It’s been a month, and I haven’t seen any progress. I was informed that they wouldn’t refund the challenge fee, which raises red flags for me. Honestly, it feels like a scam. I’d advise you to steer clear and not invest any money with this company. They seem to have dropped their old name and are enticing new users with challenges, but be warned — you might end up losing your money.
I successfully passed both the first and second phases without any violations, thanks to my five-plus years in the trading market where I actively manage my own risk. After completing my KYC verification, I waited a few weeks to receive my simulated live account. However, I was surprised to get an email stating that my account was flagged for allegedly using a prohibited martingale or smooth martingale trading strategy. Their evidence consisted of a few trades where, instead of opening one position for 2-3 lots on EURUSD, I had split my trades into 2-3 positions of 1 lot each on a $25k account. I even provided them with screenshots to demonstrate that my approach involved taking partials at key levels while adhering to strict stop losses. Unfortunately, they were not willing to reconsider their decision.
Afterward, I was given another challenge, which I once again passed in both phases—my strategy clearly works. However, now they have stopped responding to my emails. I’m left without access to my account and unable to get a refund for my challenge fee.
It’s really disappointing; they come across as scammers based in Dubai (not that there’s anything inherently wrong with Dubai)!
P.S. They’ve now rebranded to Thepropvault. Looks like I’ll have to move on to the next dubious operation.
Caution is advised when considering the operations of The Prop Vault, especially after their takeover from Bespoke. Despite offering trading challenges, the process seems fraught with issues. Once you complete Phase 2, your funded account will be left in limbo, stuck in an “in review” status. Unfortunately, the support team provides no estimated timeline for when you might gain access to your account, leaving you in a frustrating state of uncertainty and losing precious trading time. It raises the question: why continue to offer challenges if timely delivery can’t be guaranteed? When reaching out to email support, you’ll often find their responses are generic and unhelpful, merely instructing you to wait.
For a more reliable experience, consider opting for E8 or FTMO instead.
After submitting my payout request on July 16, I finally received my funds on October 4. I also had two additional accounts, each worth $100,000, where I successfully completed the challenges on October 11.
As of today, my initial account, from which I received my payout, has yet to be reinstated, preventing me from trading. Additionally, I haven’t gained access to the funded accounts for the two challenges I passed.
I opened support tickets back at the start of December, and the response has been nothing more than “support will assist.” Unfortunately, my emails have gone unanswered.
It seems to me that this firm might be collapsing, using Discord as a lure to attract more traders. A quick look at their website shows that they haven’t updated their discount codes since early December—the Christmas offer is still up. Prior to this, they regularly updated their discounts.
Support appears to be virtually nonexistent. Payout Junction indicates there have been minimal payouts over the last month, and it’s been slim pickings since they began operations.
I strongly advise steering clear of this firm; your money would be better spent with a reputable company. It looks like they’re just trying to draw in more people to collect challenge fees before they go under.
This firm either operates like a scam or offers the worst customer service imaginable. At the moment, every trader using their MT5 platform is locked out, which isn’t the first time—there was a similar problem with the cTrader a few months ago. All traders are receiving the same generic responses, and there’s been a complete lack of transparency regarding the situation for over a month now. It’s clear that what goes around comes around.
This company raises serious concerns and I would strongly advise against recommending it. Initially, I brought several friends on board based on the endorsement of someone I thought was trustworthy, which led to me earning some affiliate commissions.
When I attempted to withdraw my funds, they informed me that this would only happen on the last working day of the month. That was December 31st—12 days ago. When I reached out again, their response was that, “it’s holidays, and we have reduced personnel.” I can’t see how that affects my ability to access my money. I asked for clarification in their Discord channel, but received the same evasive answer. When I mentioned that I would consider leaving their platform after I got my funds, they moderated my account for a day to prevent me from speaking. The next day, without any provocation on my part, I found myself muted for five days.
Additionally, a few of my friends successfully completed several stages and are now waiting to be placed in real funded accounts, but they have been kept waiting for over 20 days without any progress. It’s quite telling about the nature of this firm.
For anyone interested, I can provide screenshots, logs, emails, and everything else to support my claims.
Avoid this firm at all costs! Once you sign up and deposit your funds, their true colors really start to show. I’m glad I figured out their ways early on, before I committed a larger sum. It’s much better to go with SimpleChange Inc., which is straightforward and requires no extra hustle to make your money work for you right after signing up.
Avoid this firm at all costs! I made the mistake of purchasing an account, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. They will keep making empty promises, but when it comes time to receive your earnings, you’re left empty-handed. I definitely wouldn’t suggest this firm to anyone looking to trade. Instead, I highly recommend PAIVA; they actually follow through and pay their traders.
I won a $10,000 account in a poker game yesterday, and I can’t help but feel excited about this firm. I’m really looking forward to getting funded here—if all goes well, I plan to purchase a larger account with the profits I generate.
On top of that, the support team is impressively fast and responsive.
My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had a solid affiliate account that I built up by generating numerous sales, but then things took a turn for the worse. Initially, they began to obscure my new sales, which was suspicious. I knew I was making sales because my students confirmed their purchases through my affiliate link. Then out of nowhere, I lost access to my account entirely. I reached out via email multiple times, yet there was no response. It’s hard to fathom how a firm can operate in such a deceptive manner. Truly disappointing!
I’ve purchased several accounts from this firm, but lately, I’ve encountered some serious issues. They’ve been taking my money without sending me the account details, and it seems like they’re ignoring my emails and chat messages. Additionally, my account was marked as default when I hadn’t defaulted at all, and I’m still waiting for a response from them. This isn’t just a one-time problem. After this experience, I won’t be buying again. If anyone has suggestions for trustworthy funders, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Hey everyone, it’s Randolph back with another update. I wanted to share that, yes, I did manage to get my funds returned. However, I would strongly recommend that anyone who values their time and money steer clear of this proprietary trading firm.
My experience with Bespoke has been quite frustrating, to say the least. After passing the second phase, it took over a month for them to provide my funded account. When I finally received it and completed the required trades for my first payout, Bespoke failed to process the payment. I reached out, hoping to get clarity and express my concerns about not being able to trade while waiting for my payout. After a few days, I got a response indicating they were having issues with their payment processors and that my account would be reinstated once the payment went through. They advised me to be patient.
However, I later received an email informing me that my funded account had been closed for “exceeding days since last traded.” To add insult to injury, on December 24th, I got another email stating that my other accounts were also closed due to the same reason. The irony? My last trades were on December 18th, so I went just six days without trading before they canceled my accounts. I plan to contact them once more regarding the outstanding payment and the questionable cancellation of my accounts. Rest assured, I will keep you updated on how this situation unfolds.
I have to say, this company feels like a total scam. I’ve asked for my payout numerous times, but instead of getting help, they ended up blocking me from their Discord channel. Honestly, it seems like they’re just a large-scale scam operation.
Many traders, like myself, have been waiting for payouts for months, only to be met with silence. If you even think about bringing it up in their Discord, you risk getting banned. I’ve been waiting for my payout since September 1, 2024. I’ve got proof too—screenshots of everything before they potentially ban me, showing every trade I’ve made to demonstrate that I followed the rules. Don’t let their enticing discounts fool you; getting a funded account after passing the challenge is a struggle. And if your payout is more than $500? Forget about it. There are numerous reputable prop firms that actually pay their traders, but Bespoke Funding seems to have fallen out of favor—definitely not one of the good ones anymore.
This firm appears to be a scam. I really wish I had researched better before spending my money on their challenge. I paid for and completed a $25,000 challenge back in November, and although I received my credentials fairly quickly, that’s where the positives end.
After making a 4% profit on my live account, I requested a payout. Within 24 hours, I received an email detailing their “current payout issues” and apologizing for the delay. This raised immediate concerns since my request wasn’t actually late at that point. It felt as if they automatically sent out these messages to anyone who requested a payout!
Now, three weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received anything. A fellow member reached out to me on Discord to share their own negative experience. They waited three months for a payout, and their trading account has yet to be reset by BFP.
Honestly, this all points to a scam—it’s clear and straightforward. There’s no denying it. They frequently promote ridiculously low-priced deals to lure in desperate traders, but it seems they have no intention of following through with payouts. I’ve seen the same cries for help on their Discord, with people pleading for credentials or payouts, only to be told to create a support ticket.
This truly feels like daylight robbery. If you share anything resembling the truth on their Discord, you risk getting banned, which is why I had hesitated to speak up. Having lost hope of ever getting my payout, I can’t stay quiet any longer.
I urge anyone considering this firm to steer clear. Stick with reputable companies, even if they come at a higher cost. When it comes to getting your hard-earned money, you want to be certain that it will reach you without unnecessary hassle.
I share this review with a heavy heart, driven by frustration and concern regarding my experience with Bespoke. Their conduct has left me feeling quite despairing. On November 14, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of $4,000, and now, over a month later, I’m still waiting. Their response remains the same: “Your payout is approved but in queue.” A month has passed filled with excuses and increasing disappointment. Mention payouts in their group chats, and you risk getting blocked immediately. This isn’t merely unprofessional—it’s blatant retaliation.
I can’t help but think I’m not the only one enduring this ordeal. Countless others have likely been left waiting for even longer. The silence imposed on us by Bespoke is stifling. The emotional strain is unbearable. The fact that you’re silenced when you simply ask for what is rightfully yours is infuriating. If you dare to advocate for yourself, they might freeze your account for weeks on end.
Bespoke’s behavior feels like part of a coordinated scheme. They offer tiny payouts—like $40 from “sales of challenge accounts”—promoting them as validation of their legitimacy, yet they offer massive discounts to lure more traders into their trap. It’s an elaborate facade intended to entice unsuspecting individuals, ultimately leaving them abandoned and vulnerable.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this torment. Steer clear of Bespoke.
It’s evident that the management at Bespoke thrives in denial. A reputable company would confront its challenges, take a step back to reassess, and plan for a better future. Instead, Bespoke opts for deceit; they entice traders with big discounts for challenges, fully aware they can’t afford to payout winners. This isn’t mere mismanagement; it’s a true breach of trust. Protect yourself—don’t become their next victim. Stay away.
If there were an option for negative stars, I would give this fund a solid negative 5. Simply put, it feels like a scam. Back in July 2024, I successfully passed two rounds of their exams, but it took a full month for them to review my results, only to inform me that I needed to retake the exams. I went through the process again and passed both rounds on November 13, 2024. Yet here I am, on December 16, 2024, still waiting for an email to sign the contract. Their only response has been to tell me to open a ticket, which they keep leaving unresolved!
When I tried to voice my concerns in their Discord group chat, I was blocked and silenced. Another member reached out to me privately, sharing that they had been waiting for a review since October and still hadn’t gotten a contract or even an account to trade.
I urge you to steer clear of this fund!
Update:
On December 23, 2024, they removed me from their Discord as well… and I’m still waiting for that review.
As of January 14, 2025, I’m still waiting for the review on two accounts (each with 100k). They have even changed their name and website to THE PROP VAULT. Avoid this fund at all costs!
Overall, this trading firm is quite impressive. Many traders find it to be a solid choice in the industry. The company has a good reputation and consistently performs well. Their platform is user-friendly, which makes it easier for both beginners and experienced traders alike. Dedicating time to understanding their resources can pay off. In summary, if you’re considering a proprietary trading firm, this one is definitely worth checking out.
I’ve experienced extremely prompt support from this firm. The responsiveness is impressive, really. Whenever I have a question or issue, it feels like I get a reply almost instantly. It’s refreshing to see such dedication to customer service. Overall, if you need assistance quickly, this firm definitely delivers.
I’m super excited to start trading with the $25,000 account I won through their Discord! Winning it feels like a huge opportunity, and I can’t wait to dive in and see what I can do with it. The community there is also great, which adds to the whole experience.
I completed the evaluation challenge several weeks back, but the entire process has turned into a real nightmare since then. It’s been days waiting on KYC, dealing with unanswered emails, and now here I am, two weeks after signing the contract, still without a funded account. It feels like pulling teeth at every turn. Thankfully, platforms like PrimeEight make everything straightforward and dependable; they consistently deliver on payments.
Everything was going smoothly until I successfully passed my $100,000 challenge. After making a profit, I requested a payout, and the confirmation email stated it would take 3 to 5 business days. However, I ended up waiting over three weeks to actually receive my payout, which involved numerous discussions on Discord. To make matters worse, my trading account was locked during this waiting period, preventing me from trading for over three weeks. This led to a breach of their inactivity policy, and ultimately my account was closed. After sending several messages, I managed to get my account reinstated.
I’ve now requested a payout again and, surprise, received another email assuring me it would take 3 to 5 business days, this time while I could still trade. Yet, it’s been nearly two weeks, and my payout request is still pending while my trading account remains locked, leaving me unable to trade for two weeks straight. Will I be purchasing another challenge with this firm? Absolutely not. My trust in them is nonexistent.
You can make your own decision, but don’t say you weren’t warned when they treat you poorly. There are plenty of other proprietary trading firms out there that offer much better service.
Update:
My request for a second payout has been declined without any explanation. Despite numerous emails seeking clarification, I haven’t received any responses. My trading style hasn’t changed since I successfully passed the challenge and received my first payout. Even Discord support has been less than helpful.
I purchased a trading challenge from this firm, which was a one-stage process. To my surprise, I completed it within a week without encountering any issues. After that, I received a congratulatory email stating that my account was under review. However, two weeks passed, and when I expressed my concerns, they informed me via email that I had violated certain rules. They specifically cited the use of martingale strategies, which I never did. After explaining how I felt cheated and noting that others shared similar grievances, their response was to threaten me with their terms and conditions.
It seems like their intentions are questionable; it feels as though they’re more interested in collecting fees from challenge purchases rather than helping traders succeed. Aspiring traders, I understand how difficult it can be to find capital, but I urge you not to part with your hard-earned money for this operation. Invest that money in education or seek out a more reputable prop firm. They have exhibited behavior that can only be described as dishonest – it’s the truth, whether you choose to believe it or not.
Upon successfully completing my 10k challenge, I promptly received my live account credentials and even managed to secure a payout in about one to two weeks. However, my experience changed drastically after I passed the 200k challenge. It has now been four weeks, and I have yet to receive my live account credentials. In my attempts to resolve this, I’ve reached out to Support, submitted a ticket on Discord, but thus far, no explanation for the delay has been provided. After my third inquiry on Discord, not only were my messages deleted, but my account was also placed on a timeout for a week.
I genuinely wish I could offer a more favorable review; I would be more than willing to wait a little longer for my live account if I could just receive some clarity regarding this delay.
Update: It’s hard not to feel like I’m being scammed at this point. On December 18, I noticed a moderator named Hassan on their Discord stating that the review timeline for completed challenges is as follows: 3-5 business days for KYC, 1-3 business days for the contract, and another 3-5 business days for funded credentials. They did mention that these timeframes are just estimates.
When I replied to that comment, asking for an update on my ticket—which has been pending since November 6—I was immediately, and I mean within seconds, placed on a seven-day timeout.

My experience has been quite frustrating. Back in February, I successfully completed both phase one and phase two for a $100,000 account. Shortly after, I got an email saying that my account was under review, and that they would be in touch soon. Despite sending numerous emails and trying to log into my account, I found myself unable to access it or even reset my password. Unfortunately, I never received any assistance via email. To make matters worse, the website seems to be unresponsive, leaving me unsure of how to resolve the issue or retrieve my account and funds.
