I’m really frustrated. They locked or “failed” my account and told me I hit the maximum loss limit, but my actual loss was only $58. That doesn’t make sense to me at all. I feel like the limit notice is incorrect or something isn’t being calculated properly.

I didn’t receive the payout because my trades weren’t held for longer than 2 minutes. To be honest, that feels like a total scam on their end.
Out of 80 trades, only 8 were accepted. Everything else got rejected, so the results are basically meaningless.

I bought their “Instant Squad” account, and I did it using borrowed cash from my friends. I expected things to be fairly straightforward. I managed to make a profit, then submitted a withdrawal request—only for them to flat-out reject it. After that, things got even more confusing. They later revised the terms and claimed it was a 40% profit split, but that detail was never communicated clearly upfront. It felt like they were quietly changing the rules after the fact, which is not okay.
In the end, instead of paying out what I earned, they simply handed the account back. No real resolution, no proper payout—just a sudden shutdown of the whole situation.
Overall, this is one of the worst trading-service experiences I’ve had. Unprofessional, misleading, and honestly pretty disappointing from start to finish. If you’re thinking about investing with them, please be extra careful and do your homework first.
