No payout even though my KYC is completed. I signed the agreement, but the withdraw button still isn’t highlighted or enabled.

I emailed their support and they didn’t really answer—just left it hanging. At this point, it feels like they only take your money and don’t let you withdraw it properly. I can’t withdraw the full amount at all.

Traders, this prop firm has genuinely been one of the most reliable options I’ve come across. I managed to secure a £4K payout with a 70% profit split, and this is actually my third payout with them now. The payout hit my account in about 2 hours, which surprised me a bit, but it is what it is.

So yeah, consistency really does speak for itself—there’s no real reason to doubt them. If you’re serious about trading and want something you can count on, I’d put Fx2 on your shortlist.

Thank you, Fx2, for the support throughout my trading journey.

Fraudulent activity, honestly. Avoid this prop firm at all costs. I did manage to make some money, but then the problems started. They didn’t allow withdrawals, and the support is basically nowhere to be found. When you ask questions, they either don’t reply at all or they take forever—my live chat was even taken down after about 30 days.

At this point, I genuinely think we should report the firm and push for it to be shut down. It’s not what it used to be. The CEO seems greedy and there’s clearly no money to pay people out, so he’s cheating and stalling instead.

Please, if you can, re-share your experience and spread the word on your story—don’t let others get caught by the same scam.

Honestly, this is the worst prop firm I’ve come across anywhere. From the start, everything felt messy and unorganized, and the support wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve dealt with several firms before, and this one is still by far the worst in the whole world—no joke.

Absolutely a scam. They took my money about 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received an account or any credentials. I’ve tried messaging them multiple times, and they just don’t reply—same with emails. Honestly, at this point it feels like they’ve gone silent and I’m not sure how they’re allowed to operate.

Really efficient and friendly from start to finish. I liked that everything felt to the point, with no messing about. Most importantly, the whole process was transparent, so you’re not left guessing what’s going on. Overall, a smooth experience—would happily recommend.

Honestly, this is an absolute joke. I paid for an account and, after taking my money, they never sent me access or any credentials at all. It’s like they just disappeared—no explanation, nothing.

Avoid these fraudsters. They’re straight-up thieves, and if you’re thinking of paying them, don’t. Stay well away.

Support never replied to my questions. Because of that, I can’t finish KYC. I first contacted them about 30 days ago and even included the funded account number: 534184.

They responded with something like: “Hi Tetyana, this email is to inform you that you have not traded in your Account Number 534184.”

Honestly, what am I supposed to trade if I’m still unable to complete KYC? It feels pointless—they don’t answer my message, and then they send a reminder about not trading. I really need help to complete verification so I can move forward.

Very good, FX2 funded. Quick payouts so far and the platform seems solid—overall I’m happy with the setup. If they keep it consistent, this will be a great choice. Just my experience.

This company really refuses to take any responsibility for mistakes on the user interface on their website. I even provided screenshot proof that I’d been misled about how close my account was to a potential breach. Their response was basically just: “Your account is breached,” and they wouldn’t acknowledge the screenshots or address the specific issue that led me to be so misinformed in the first place.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years now—longer than I care to admit—because I genuinely thought they were decent and honest. Turns out I was wrong. The way they handle this feels totally tone-deaf. They don’t acknowledge what I’m saying, and they definitely don’t escalate it to anyone who could actually review the UI error and do something about it.

The only reply I got was along the lines of, “Your account is breached, there’s no further update required.” That’s it. For the record, I have screenshots of everything. I’m sharing them in case they decide to remove my objections in the Discord chat. Also, they won’t offer email support. You can only create a ticket via Discord or WhatsApp, but once you submit it, it seems to get ignored.

When they finally responded to my message, there was no acknowledgement of responsibility for the UI problem, and no proper response to the screenshot I sent that shows how I was misled. Because of all that, I’ve changed my rating from 2 stars down to 1 star.

Fx2 has by far the best rules in the game. It’s also one of the best prop firms to trade with, and the payout system is actually solid—they really do pay out. Overall, I’ve had a much smoother experience than with other options, so I can confidently say they’re top tier.

Absolutely amazing! I have to say, at no point did I experience any problems. Everything worked smoothly from start to finish—honestly, it was a really great experience. I was a bit unsure at first, but that feeling disappeared quickly. Highly recommended.

I raised a ticket and, honestly, I was surprised how fast things moved. My funded account was sorted within a couple of hours, not days or anything like that. Really smooth experience overall—would recommend.

Everything feels fully automatic. Once you finish your challenge, you should get the live account details shortly after—especially since you’ve already completed KYC.

In my case, it took me a couple of days to receive everything. I assume it was mostly due to the holiday season, but overall the process was smooth.

Lahat ng accounts ko ay “hard-breached” nang walang malinaw na dahilan.

I requested payouts for my two funded accounts, tapos same day din, na-approve at nabigyan pa ako ng bagong account. After that, naghintay lang ako—wala akong trades na ginawa, not even a single order.

I’ve had multiple payouts from them over a 24-hour period, and that part has been pretty solid. The trading challenges are decent too, and the pricing feels fair overall.

That said, the spreads can occasionally run a bit wide, and I’ve noticed some slippage on SL, so it’s worth factoring that in before you place any tight stops. Also, the website dashboard is a bit average—there isn’t loads of detail or analytics available on your trades, so you don’t get as much insight as you’d hope.

They seem way more concerned about looking reputable than actually dealing with Fraud allegations.

If you’re considering using these people, you should know I’m prepared to pursue action until they’re no longer allowed to operate in the UK.

On 14 November 2025, I sent FX2/Prop Account a formal legal notice. In it, I alleged multiple criminal fraud offences under the Fraud Act 2006, and I specifically explained that they sent me a contract tied to a company that didn’t legally exist.

Their Trustpilot reply? Honestly, just more nonsense.

Here are the points they didn’t properly answer:

    – The contract they issued to me was dated 25 September 2025 under the name “Forest Park FX LTD”.
    – But that company was said to have ceased to exist on 30 July 2025, when it allegedly became “Prop Account Ltd”.
    – The contract had no company registration number and no registered office address. That’s a serious issue under the Companies Act 2006 (UK), ss. 82–84.
    – They also didn’t explain the contradiction between their published withdrawal terms (including after a hard breach) and their practical refusal to pay.
    – They admitted the GooeyPro platform was defective—no volume data, no VWAPs, and no volume bars—yet they kept charging fees and refused refunds.

    Non-Existent Company Issue (Most Serious)

This is, in my view, the core problem. I contracted with “Forest Park FX Ltd”, but the entity I later understood was “Prop Account Ltd” (with the change dated 30 July 2025). My contract still used the earlier name, almost two months later, and it was missing legal company details that should have been on there.

On top of that, I also have another contract with “Prop Account LC” in the Cayman Islands—so, yes, yet another different entity.

    What I Believe Actually Happened

Across two funded accounts, I ended up with roughly $5,000 in profits. I did breach daily drawdown on one account because I mixed up the rules between the two firms. However, the contract I signed is very specific—Section 5 says: “Forest Park agrees to pay you the percentage of gains generated in the Account.”

Nothing I received or was told clearly explained that non-payment would apply on breach.

They claimed they have a “policy”, but they haven’t shown evidence of (1) what exactly the policy says and (2) how it was communicated to me. Also, they haven’t demonstrated the policy existed in a way that matches what they’re now arguing.

Prop Account Ltd runs a white-label prop setup (propaccount.com). From what I’ve seen, for around $3k you can launch a “prop firm” in about 5–7 days, and they claim 110+ white-label partners. The partner reportedly takes around 30% of challenge fees, while Prop Account deals with enforcement and payouts.

That structure creates obvious incentives to profit from failing traders rather than paying successful ones.

    Platform Issues

GooeyPro, in my case, provided no volume data—so no VWAPs, no volume bars, and no FRVP. FX2 also admitted in WhatsApp that it was defective, then refused a refund, refused platform changes, and blamed me instead.

Only after I threatened legal action did they suddenly “make an exception.”

    The Real Cost

    – Challenge fees: about $880
    – Unpaid profits: about $4,450
    – Real impact: over $20,000 when you include losses and opportunity cost

In their initial response to my review, they said “everybody knows” that firms don’t payout when rules are breached. If that’s true, then why is it not clearly written in their contract? Why can’t they produce any real evidence that this “policy” was actually provided to me?

To me, it looks like a scam.

They’re focusing on pretending to be respectable, but not on the basics:

    – The criminal fraud allegations
    – The contract issued with a non-existent company
    – Missing statutory company information
    – Contradictory withdrawal/payment terms
    – A clearly defective platform
    – The specific legal violations I raised

And they still can’t deny those things properly.

So now I’ll have to spend even more time pursuing legal and regulatory steps against them.

The fact they refuse to engage with the fundamental legal issues—especially the contract being issued to a company that didn’t exist—says a lot.

I’ve already abandoned my accounts because I can’t shake concerns about the legality of their entire operation.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration: choose legitimate firms with proper legal structures, functional platforms, and consistent policies.

I’d like to thank the FX2 support team for their polite attitude and, honestly, very professional service.
In my case, the experience has been excellent—especially regarding response speed and the overall quality of what they offer.
They’re genuinely helpful, and they manage to provide clear and practical solutions in a very short time (usually within minutes, not hours).
Big special thanks as well to the CEO for his strong leadership and constant dedication to giving clients the best possible experience.
I really appreciate their efforts, and I sincerely wish the company continued growth and success.

FX2 is a really solid firm. On the trading side and with customer service, I honestly don’t have anything to complain about—10/10 from me.

Where I start to take points off is the payouts. To be clear, I’m not saying they refused my payout. I requested one and everything went through smoothly.

My concern is more about how their payout structure is set up. After you submit a payout request, your maximum drawdown gets locked to your starting balance. So if I manage to grow the account by 6% and then I decide to take a 5% payout, I only end up with around 1% of the max drawdown left to work with. It’s kinda frustrating.

In my case, I requested a 5% payout right after making 6%, and I’m pretty sure I’m going to burn through that remaining 1% pretty quickly. Honestly, I’d love it if, after requesting a payout, the max drawdown would reset back to the original allowable limit (like the full 6% or even the 10% cap) instead of dropping to the initial balance.

Other than that rule, they seem reliable.

It’s hard to say if there’s a glitch at play, but honestly, it seems like they could have made some serious adjustments. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like they have. For this reason, I consistently choose Leading Force Ventures over any other firm. My returns and withdrawals are always processed promptly and without any hassle.

This company is an absolute nightmare. I managed to pass my challenge using a trading account that I bought from them, but then they claimed it was the wrong account, despite having sold it to me. I strongly advise steering clear of this firm and urge others not to buy into any challenges here; you’re wasting your time. I’m currently waiting for a refund, which I highly doubt will ever arrive, and I feel like I’ve been misled. I plan to reach out to my bank and inform all my followers and trading groups about my experience. In summary, this was an awful experience—stay far away from this prop firm.

FX2 stands out as a top-notch proprietary trading firm, offering fair trading conditions and impressive support. Their payout process is incredibly quick, which is a huge plus for traders looking to access their funds without delay. I found the evaluation process to be clear and direct, making it easy for traders to get started. Additionally, the profit splits they provide are pretty competitive, making it an attractive option. If you’re a serious trader, I would highly recommend giving FX2 a shot!

Caution is advised. It’s best for everyone to steer clear of this questionable trading firm. Once you finish your challenge, you might find their customer service suddenly becomes unavailable, and they could terminate your account after multiple attempts—up to six times, in my case. It’s clear to me that this is likely a scam operation. I urge you not to throw away your hard-earned money. Please do your research; check YouTube for evidence, as they don’t provide any legitimate proof of withdrawals.

    Caution is advised!

I advanced to the funded stage only to find myself banned without any clear reason. I initially gave them a 1-star rating because they refunded my account cost within a day after my first review, but now they’ve reversed that decision—they even tried to flag my review for removal.

Fortunately, I have all the evidence to back my claims, and I trust platforms like Trustpilot.

So, why do I say there’s no reason? Their email to me didn’t specify any breach of the contract or any related agreement on my part.

Let me share a portion of their email:
“During this review, we identified systematic patterns within your trades that raise significant concerns about the authenticity of the activity. While we recognize and value the efforts made by all traders to successfully complete our evaluation, the nature of these patterns suggests a deviation from a standard trading strategy, raising concerns about their authenticity.”

Really? A high win rate with a 2.5% risk/profit target is considered a deviation from standard trading? It’s laughable.

Another red flag: their support staff claimed they didn’t know what a payout tracker was (like payout junctions and others).

  • Myrl Deckow

The payouts are impressively quick. After I requested my first payout, it took just 48 hours, which was mainly due to the verification process. However, my second payout? That arrived in a mere 12 hours.

This trading firm is quite impressive. Even though I experienced a breach due to some of my own misunderstandings regarding specific account rules, the team handled it with professionalism and understanding. They successfully processed two withdrawals prior to the incident. The support and risk management teams are incredibly efficient and quick to respond. What truly stands out about this firm are the exceptional spreads, particularly on Asian currency pairs. It’s a top-notch firm, and I will definitely be returning in the near future.
