I made several attempts to reach out to this company for an update, but unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. I tried emailing and texting the contacts provided, yet there was still no response. My main point of contact was Chris Culala, but despite multiple attempts to get in touch, he never replied. Even their support line didn’t answer my inquiries. This is particularly frustrating considering I had already paid over $400 for credit cleanup services. It feels like these people just take your money and disappear.
