Honestly, they’re not reliable at all and they come across as highly manipulative. I tried to get my payouts, but I was denied, and it felt like they were just stonewalling me. After several complaints to their customer support, nothing changed—everything was basically abortive. Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your money or time with them. I would strongly advise against using them.

Please avoid this prop firm at all costs. They claimed I had shared my account with other people. The problem is, at that time I was an orphan and living alone with no friends, so that accusation didn’t even make sense. I was also expecting my payout soon because Christmas was near, and after trading for years without seeing real results, I finally thought things were turning around.

I was genuinely excited about my $5,000 USD payout. Then they breached my account and refused to pay me out, using what I believed was a false reason. I even recorded myself showing evidence that I never shared my account with anyone, and that my ISP uses a dynamic IP.

And honestly, the response was cold. They basically said, “We understand your position but our decision is final.” Just like that—no real investigation, no flexibility, nothing. This happened months ago, but it still stings because the whole situation took an emotional toll on me, especially given what was at stake.

I also tried to work with them before and bought multiple accounts that didn’t go anywhere, but I didn’t expect them to be this cruel. Really, don’t waste your time or money with them.

Prop Nimbus ended their operations without any warning. I tried to double-check what was going on in their Discord, but they basically cut me off when I was still asking questions. After that, I found out I lost access to all of my accounts—everything was gone. Honestly, this was pretty shocking and not how you’d expect a company to handle it.

Scammers are really thriving at their best these days. Please don’t buy any account from PropNimbus—seriously, avoid it. I had the experience of dealing with them and it didn’t feel right at all. If you truly want to protect your money, keep it instead, or better still, donate it to a charity organization. At least that way it will help the needy and you won’t be supporting shady people. I’m sharing this as a warning because more buyers need to be careful.

I bought a $100,000 challenge account on propNimbus with high expectations, but honestly I’ve been really disappointed. The dashboard has been down for more than 3 weeks now, even though I’ve put in a decent amount of money.

I also reached out for help through their official Discord channel. Instead of getting a real solution, I was kicked from the group without any explanation. That kind of response feels very unprofessional, and it makes me suspect they’re trying to hide what’s going on.

My account was valued around $100,000 in Phase 2, and now I feel like I’ve been cheated and ignored. Maybe my money is basically gone, but I’d like this review to be a warning for other traders before they make the same mistake.

    Massive discounts
-90%, -80%, and they say “no max drawdown.” BOGO too. Honestly, it reads like a meme.

But why would anyone trust a “joke” type prop firm like this?

Based on my experience (and a few other traders I talked to), this is basically what will happen:

First, they’ll push you to use Matchtrader because, somehow, that platform is “required”… and in practice it’s trash. Orders can lag, the platform tends to freeze, and you’ll see random crashes at the worst moments.

Then you buy one of the heavily discounted accounts.
If you pass their “evaluations,” they make you sit around for about 48 hours and then refuse to grant you the funded account.

And if they do finally fund you, you might manage to make some profit—at least long enough to request a payout.
That’s when the fun part starts: they deny payouts using excuses that sound made up, like:
    1) IP violation
    2) rules about a 2-minute hold (even when you did what they asked)
    3) max opened positions
    4) a 2% loss limit
    5) copytrade
    6) “account activity irregularities” (okay… what does that even mean?)
    7) general rules violation (sure, whatever)

So yeah—eventually they’ll find any reason to avoid paying you the money you actually earned.

Even bringing it up in their Discord gets you banned. If you laugh at the situation there, also banned. And if you say words like “denied,” “payout,” or even “help?”—you guessed it, banned.

I’m not saying everyone will have the same outcome, but after what I saw, I’d strongly recommend you take this warning seriously before spending. Fellow traders, don’t fall for the big discount trap.

Suggested title for your next 1-star review: “I didn’t listen, propnimbus got me.”

Guys, don’t waste your money on this fake prop firm. I personally asked them in Discord why there’s no real payout proof, and right after that they banned me. Honestly, that was the first big red flag.

If you’re thinking of using them, just don’t. There are better options out there where you can actually verify payouts instead of getting blocked for simple questions.

  • Ngozi Okafor

Prop Nimbus is a scam, in my opinion. Their rules are honestly unrealistic, and the experience I had left a bad taste. I got banned from their Discord after I asked a pretty simple question about how their rules work.

To be clear, if traders aren’t expected to make more than around $100 during trading, why do they still have a daily drawdown limit? I asked that and didn’t get a response. After that, I was banned again, even when I tried rejoining—couldn’t get back in at all. I went back later to complain to customer service too, but I never received any real reply.

Overall, it feels like they don’t communicate properly and they shut people down instead of addressing questions.

This prop firm feels like a scam—honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money buying their challenges, because it seems like they’re set up to trap traders. I’ve been through the process and it didn’t go as they promised, and that’s why I’m warning others. If you’re looking for a legit firm, please look elsewhere.

Be very careful when buying an account from Propnimbus. I tried explaining my problem in their Discord, but they took way too long to respond. After that, I messaged them again and they basically said I was being impatient. Before I could even get proper support, I was banned from their Discord, and nobody bothered to follow up on the actual issue. Honestly, their customer service is among the poorest I’ve experienced.

I’m writing this review to get Prop Nimbus Support to look closely at a payout problem that still hasn’t been resolved.

I completed the challenge properly and traded my funded account as required. But the moment I requested my withdrawal, my account was terminated with the reason “irregular IP activity.” Honestly, that decision doesn’t make sense, because my trading setup and location weren’t doing anything unusual.

I trade using both my phone and my laptop, and yes, I connect through the hotspot of another phone. The key point is that everything is still on the same Nigerian mobile network. Nigerian mobile networks often use dynamic IP addresses, and those IPs can geolocate to different cities—like Lagos, Kaduna, Abuja, and other locations—even when you’re physically in one place. That alone shouldn’t be treated as a violation.

The logs I received show IPs from the same country and the same mobile network. There’s no indication of VPN usage, proxy connections, or shared access from anyone else. I’ve already sent a detailed technical explanation, but my account remains closed and my payout is still withheld.

I’m respectfully asking the Prop Nimbus team to review my case manually and handle it fairly. I followed the rules, traded in good faith, and I believe this is an automated false flag.

I’ll update this review once the issue is sorted.

    Account numbers: 679031 (payout)

I’m honestly really proud to be trading with you guys. To be truthful, it’s been a seamless, smooth experience, and I haven’t run into any real problems so far. The rules feel more than fair, and I can’t really ask for much more if the goal is to stay disciplined as a trader.

That said, I do have one suggestion—especially about the 2-minute holding rule. Personally, I’m not a scalper, so most of my trades last anywhere from about 15 minutes up to 6 hours. Sometimes, though, I might intend to open a sell position but by mistake end up opening a buy position instead. When that happens, I need to act quickly and correct it.

So before you breach an account for a mix-up like that, please scrutinize the situation fully. I just think it would keep things fair and transparent. Thanks so much for your understanding.

If you’re thinking about buying this prop firm, I honestly feel sorry for you. They can reject your payout and then block you on their Discord. A lot of people seem to complain that you won’t understand how things work, but even if you follow the rules, they still deny payouts. In my view, this is a scam prop firm.

  • Pattana Suksri

I’ve been inside their Discord group for months now, and honestly, the amount of red flags I’ve personally seen is hard to ignore. I’m writing this mostly so other people don’t lose money based on promises.

Below are the issues that concern me the most:

    • MT5 shutdown and censorship

At first they said MT5 had “technical difficulties,” then they started telling customers to refer to it as “P5.” After that, messages using the term “MT5” seemed to get deleted. Later, they emailed everyone claiming they were “ending the partnership” and that they’d be moving customers to MatchTrader.

    • MatchTrader doesn’t seem like the real one

From what I’ve observed, it only functions through a web link hosted on a Prop Nimbus subdomain, not through MatchTrader’s own infrastructure. And you can’t use the official app—everything is routed through their setup.

    • Password security warning

One of the most alarming rules I’ve seen is that customers are prohibited from changing their own passwords “for security and integrity.” I know this might sound small on paper, but it’s a big deal.

    • Payments keep failing

Card payments (they mention Stripe) have reportedly been down for days. At the same time, they’re pushing crypto-only offers. I’ve also seen multiple reports that people pay, but they don’t receive accounts for hours—sometimes longer.

    • Payout problems

Trustpilot reviews keep pointing to denied large payouts using vague “IP/copy trading” explanations. Then, after the payout issue, some customers claim they get banned from the Discord.

    • No transparency about leadership

They won’t provide any real information about the CEO. When people ask directly, they get defensive and basically tell you, “do your own research.” It’s not a good look.

    • You’re not allowed to contact the broker

Their rules explicitly forbid contacting the broker, which is honestly not how legitimate prop firms usually operate.

    ———

If you’re unsure, don’t just take my word for it. Do your own research, compare the details, and connect the dots.

Overall, this doesn’t feel like a healthy prop firm. These are the kinds of signs you usually see when a company is on the verge of collapsing.

Please be careful with your money.

Propscambus should be your name, not propnimbus. Honestly, these guys are just scammers hiding behind a “serious” firm name. I didn’t even get the chance to fully speak out before they kicked me out immediately. It’s a bunch of scammers, no real help at all—please be careful.

Honestly, I don’t see why anyone would bother with this place when there are a few legit 5-star property firms available. To me, they’re clearly scammers, and it’s not that hard to spot the red flags once you pay attention. Really disappointing, because you’d expect better—especially from a company trying to market itself as reliable.

  • Amina Bello

Prop Nimbus is a confirmed scam — 100%.

Once they take your money, it seems like they’ll never pay anybody again. They keep denying payout requests with straight-up lies, and honestly it’s like something out of a bad place. My own experience was terrible.

They refused my payout after I told them I copied trades. How is that even possible, when the evidence is clearly there? I asked them, “From who?” but they didn’t have any real answer.

What really made me sure is that every payout request I’ve seen (and people discussed) on their Discord follows the same pattern. As soon as someone brings it up, they start removing messages, and then they block and silence the person. I learned the hard way, so don’t repeat my mistake.

At this point, I really believe prop firms need stricter regulations. Too many scammers are still operating, and customers are the ones suffering.

  • Samuel Boateng

I’ve worked with a few prop firms over the years, but my experience with PropNimbus has been honestly very disappointing.

I was trading consistently and profitably on my Instant Funded Account. Everything looked fine until my dashboard suddenly switched to “Objectives Failed” right before payout. Then I was told I broke a “2-minute trade duration rule” and also a “2% per symbol risk rule.”

The problem is, those points weren’t clearly explained or properly highlighted in their rules when I joined. I traded responsibly, kept my risk management in check, and I never went over the daily or overall loss limits. What makes it worse is that they let me keep trading for weeks without any warnings, and only moved to close everything when payout was right around the corner.

When I contacted support to get clarification, it took more than 24 hours with no real answer. And instead of helping me sort it out, I was later removed from their Discord community entirely.

Overall, this has left a really bad impression. It feels like PropNimbus isn’t fully transparent or fair with traders. If you’re thinking about signing up, please read every line of the fine print carefully, and don’t rush into committing your time or money.

Hope this helps someone avoid the same headache.

Propnimbus is, in my opinion, a scam site run by scammers. It got removed from MT5 because it wasn’t legit, and honestly the whole setup feels like a constant trick.

I purchased multiple challenges and traded through them all. On several occasions I got breached, and their explanation was basically that I was only allowed to trade with one specific challenge/account. That part doesn’t even feel consistent—at first I was trading normally, with over 100 orders placed, and nobody said anything. Then suddenly, after everything was already running, I got breached and they claimed I should only have used one order/one allowed trade type.

Later I followed their rules more closely. I used just one order, kept going, and successfully worked my way up to around $100. Then, without any warning, they closed everything and moved me over to “MatchTrader.” You can’t even do the normal trading inside the app—you’re forced to use the website.

Of course, it didn’t end there. After switching, I got breached again. This time they said it happened because “one week ago” I closed an order faster than 2 minutes. It’s always something new. They come up with new reasons to breach you, and it feels like there’s no real chance to comply long-term.

If you’re a beginner, you’ll probably lose the account pretty randomly. If you’re more experienced and grow steadily, they’ll still find a reason to cancel you. They even blamed things like a suspicious VPN for a breach, which is pretty ridiculous.

Overall: scammers. Don’t buy their challenges. This website is run by scammers.

I had a $10,000 account (Phase 2) with Prop Nimbus, and I’d already passed it successfully. Still, on 3 November 2025, a trade was opened on my account manually—without my knowledge or approval. What’s more, that trade had no stop loss, no take profit, and even the entry looked wrong. Honestly, it’s the opposite of how I trade.

To be clear, I always use limit orders and I set both a stop loss and take profit on every position. I’m not a scalper. I’m more of a holder and day trader, and my trades usually stay open for 1–3 days, sometimes even up to a week.

Even with that, Prop Nimbus closed my account on 11 November 2025, claiming I’d breached their rules. They also said the trade in question only lasted 11 seconds, which doesn’t make sense at all based on my usual trading style.

Overall, I find this really unfair and unprofessional. It feels like the company interfered with the account first, then blamed me afterward for something that wasn’t even done by me. Trades should be handled with transparency and respect—especially after you’ve passed a phase. I don’t recommend anyone buy an account from Prop Nimbus, even if it’s “free.” Please also be aware they may block you from their Discord server after you raise concerns.

I had the worst experience with Prop Nimbus. My account was breached even though I still had around 50k in it. Honestly, I don’t even know how or why they got into my account in the first place.

I reached out by email to their support team, but it was basically useless. After that, I went into their Discord and shared what happened with them. They ended up kicking me out, which just felt ridiculous.

To me, this looks like a scam. Don’t fall for their promos or “special offers.” It’s not worth your time or money at all.

This prop firm is a scam—please beware, guys. In my case, they failed my account 3 times back-to-back during the assessment, and each time they came up with a different excuse. Honestly, it felt like they were just trying to take people’s money and nothing more.

I really recommend people not to buy here. Even after you pass the 2-phase account, they still won’t approve you because your “consistency” is reportedly lower than 45%. This is my first day hearing about the consistency rule for phase two, and honestly it’s disappointing.

The issue is, I have a 32.4% consistency. I also earned the highest profit of 82.6, and my total profit is 254—so based on my numbers, the consistency percentage should be correct. According to what I can see on my Gmail, I passed the requirement. But nobody is replying to my messages or giving me any explanation.

I’ve been trying to reach them through my Gmail, but there’s no response at all. So if there’s a rule, I wish they would communicate properly, because right now it just feels unfair and frustrating.

  • Chinedu Okafor

If they can clearly explain what exactly I did wrong, I’d be happy to hear it. Right now, I honestly can’t find even one mistake in my trades that would justify a breach of my account. It’s frustrating because everything I submitted looked correct to me, and I’m still waiting for a proper breakdown.

  • Rizky Saputra

Scammers, honestly. This prop firm rejected my payout with no clear or valid reason at all. I tried to ask for clarification, but they just kept turning it down. Then I complained on their Discord—only to have my account banned immediately. Very unprofessional and shady, in my experience.

  • Sergio Álvarez

This feels like a scam company. They denied my payout, claiming I do copytrading, and then they insta-banned me from their Discord. Honestly, that’s not how support is supposed to work. I’d be really careful before putting any money in with them—once they have you, they quickly change the story.

  • Youssef El Mansouri

It’s been several days since I left my first review, and I still haven’t heard back from Prop Nimbus—no email reply at all, and nothing on Trustpilot either.

I’ve already shared clear evidence showing that I traded independently and followed every rule the firm laid out. In my view, that should have entitled me to receive the payout. Instead, Prop Nimbus basically ignored my case, and they didn’t just refuse to pay—they also refused to provide any solid proof behind their “copy trading” accusation.

For a company that presents itself as professional, this kind of silence is really unacceptable. Traders put in their time, skills, and effort, so the minimum we should expect is transparency and accountability. If they’re going to make allegations, they should be able to back them up.

I’m posting this follow-up to help other traders stay alert and make better-informed decisions before committing.

  • Ravi Sharma

Prop Nimbus is not a legit prop firm — honestly, they come across as scammers. They don’t pay out anyone. I purchased a $25,000 evaluation account, cleared both phases, and once I finally got to the funded stage I requested my payout. That’s when they rejected it and even breached my account.

After that, when I contacted them on Discord, they blocked me. It wasn’t just one issue either. Before that, I had bought nearly $3,500 worth of accounts—about 55 to 60 accounts in total. Every time the account got breached “for no reason,” I had to repurchase, which became a complete cycle.

Eventually I did reach the payout stage, but they still didn’t send me a single dollar. In my experience, they never pay out. So if you want to avoid wasting your time and money, don’t buy any Prop Nimbus account. They feel like thieves and liars, and their discount promos are basically traps to lure innocent traders. If you want proof, reply and I’ll share what I have.

Prop Nimbus all’inizio sembrava andare discretamente bene, poi però hanno iniziato a introdurre regole molto rigide e, diciamolo, abbastanza assurde.

    Notizia dell’ultimo minuto:
Dall’andare male si è passati decisamente peggio. Le recensioni negative continuano ad aumentare e ho sentito che anche altri trader, miei colleghi, sarebbero stati truffati e poi pure bannati. State alla larga da questi “scam”.

Urgent Complaint — Fraudulent Practices by Prop Nimbus

    Hello,

I’m contacting you to file a serious complaint about Prop Nimbus. A friend of mine passed the challenge successfully and, according to your terms, should have received his payout. However, your company refused to pay him anyway. To be honest, this really looks like a scam and outright fraudulent behavior.

We’re not going to stay quiet about it. If this isn’t sorted immediately—and the payout isn’t released soon—we will share the details publicly on social media and in trading communities. The goal is to warn other traders so nobody else falls into the same trap.

At this point, we expect your team to take action right away and resolve the issue properly.

Propnimbus doesn’t really follow its own rules. I got breached with no clear reason, and honestly they didn’t provide any explanation at all. There was no drawdown breach, no copytrading, and no other rule infringement that I could see. The only thing I can guess is that my account had been live for 27 days, but their FAQs say “No time limit,” so I don’t know… and I really don’t care anymore.

I’ll be blunt: I’m a one-time customer, and in an industry with so much competition where buying challenges is kind of the way people survive, Propnimbus is doing everything it can to fail. I gave them a 2, mostly because their dashboard is actually easy to use and pretty simple to read. But the service doesn’t match what they advertise.

For reference, here’s a copy of the email they sent me (with zero reasons):

This is honestly the worst prop firm I’ve ever tried. They’ll do basically anything to get at your account, and it feels like every single strategy you attempt is treated as a rule violation. Even when you manage to pass, they still seem to find something to blame, which is super frustrating. I’ve never had a positive experience with them, and I really don’t recommend it at all. Save yourself the trouble.

I funded three accounts with Prop Nimbus (2x $25,000 and 1x $50,000) and managed to pass every single challenge, moving into a live account without too much trouble. That’s when the real problems started.

Here’s what happened, in plain terms:
    – The first payout of $100 was approved.
    – The second payout was rejected due to “lack of self-confidence,” which is a super subjective claim and, honestly, it isn’t mentioned anywhere in their terms.
    – The third payout got rejected for “copy trading,” even though I’m not using that at all.
    – The fourth payout of $250 also got denied for the same accusation.
    – After that, I was banned from Discord right away, supposedly to stop me from speaking up.

What I believe is their playbook (and it’s not subtle): they seem to encourage losing traders, while putting up extra obstacles for people who actually succeed. Instead of following clear rules, they keep inventing “violations” they can interpret however they want. One Discord admin—JOSH—was pushing me to post positive Trustpilot reviews and make video testimonials in exchange for payouts being approved. When I refused to lie for them, the pressure turned into harassment. They kept blocking my legitimate withdrawals and then removed me from Discord.

If you’re wondering why their Trustpilot looks so high, I think this is how they inflate it. They allegedly offer $5,000 challenge accounts to traders who “perform well,” and then those traders leave fake positive reviews. A lot of people probably fall for it, and then get banned immediately once something doesn’t go their way. I’ve also heard from a few friends who went through the exact same pattern.

My advice: choose serious prop firms like FTMO or Funding Pips. Don’t waste time or money on companies that act like dictators, steal profits from competent traders, and manipulate reviews to cover up their fraud.

In my experience, Prop Nimbus only benefits when people fail challenges. For anyone who passes, they fabricate reasons to deny payouts and take what you earned.

Hey traders—just sharing my experience with PropNimbus so hopefully nobody else gets the same headache I did.

I’ve been trading for about 3 years now, I’m profitable, and honestly I know my way around the markets. I opened 3 accounts with PropNimbus. At the beginning, everything looked normal, no big issues, and the process seemed smooth.

But the moment I started hitting consistent wins and my account turned into a real profit situation, things changed fast. They accused me of copy trading. The problem is: it’s 100% not true. No solid proof, no clear explanation—just a ban out of nowhere. They shut down all my accounts, and I lost access to both my balance and what I’d earned.

Let me be very clear: you shouldn’t expect to actually get your profits from them. They may pay you a small amount at first—something like $50 to $150—to keep up appearances. Then, once you begin making real money, they’ll come up with an excuse and cut you off. I’ve seen multiple people mention the same pattern.

Also, take a look at their reputation. It feels like PropNimbus plays games with reviews, including on Trustpilot. There are lots of overly positive posts, and some of them look suspicious. From what I’ve noticed, they also pay people to promote the brand and push their marketing—so don’t let influencers trick you into believing everything is legit.

If you’re looking for a real prop firm that actually pays and doesn’t change the rules mid-way, consider FTMO, FundedPips, or other companies with a solid track record. Stay away from PropNimbus. They’ll waste your time, your effort, and your money.

I’m writing this because I don’t really have anything left to lose, but I don’t want others to go through it. Please be careful and don’t fall for their lies.

    Stay safe, traders.

Humans make mistakes in trading, especially when you’re manually placing buy and sell orders—or sometimes you do end up buying/selling by mistake. In my case, 1% of the trades that were closed in under 1 minute got marked as failed in the evaluation. Also, any trades showing profit/loss below 1 USD were treated the same way. Honestly, this is exactly how some scam prop firms seem to operate.

My advice: don’t waste your time with Prop Nimbus. Better practice on demo accounts or join free tournaments where you can learn without all these extra “gotcha” rules. It feels like another useless requirement meant to make traders feel disgraced and sad, so they can keep collecting money from struggling traders. Gold diggers.

Stay away from them. This feels like a pure scam. I already passed my Phase 2 challenge, but I still can’t get my account funded. There are honestly too many excuses the company uses when people fail, and in the end you just lose your money.

What really worries me is the big promotion they keep pushing. To me, that’s a clear sign this is scam marketing, not a legitimate program.

If you’re hoping to ever get a payout, I wouldn’t choose this prop firm. From the start, you’ll feel suffocated by their rules, and after you’ve spent time following everything, they somehow manage to breach your account anyway. Honestly, it’s not worth it—don’t even try.

In the end, it just turns into a waste of time and money. I expected a fair process, but it felt like they were looking for reasons to stop you.

    Scam prop firm.

They refused my payout by claiming it was because of “copytrading,” even though I followed their rules. After that, they banned me from every platform, so basically there was no way to appeal or even explain.

Don’t go with them. They take your money and then they disappear.

This firm looks like a complete scam. Once you try to withdraw, they’ll block it and then accuse you of copying someone else’s trades (like you were doing copytrading). After that, they don’t really give you a proper chance to explain your side—no chance to speak, and sometimes not even to clarify what really happened. Worse, if you say anything that goes against their narrative, they’ll just kick you out. In my experience, it’s not a fair platform at all.
