I placed a withdrawal request for $610 about 48 hours ago. Since then, the status has stayed stuck on “pending,” and honestly, my attempts to reach customer support have been ignored. I haven’t gotten any meaningful response through live chat or Discord.
A proper, legit broker should process withdrawals in a timely manner and keep the customer informed. The fact that Seacrest Markets went quiet right after I requested my own funds is a big red flag and strongly suggests internal or operational issues.
I recommend that everyone avoid this broker. Don’t deposit money with a company that won’t respond to withdrawal requests and offers basically zero customer support.
I’ll update this review only if my withdrawal gets processed.
