Initially, I was quite doubtful when a friend recommended the firm. I did my research online, and honestly, it didn’t seem as great as my friend had claimed. I still can’t figure out why he was so enthusiastic about it. However, I decided to give it a shot, and to my surprise, I hit my target and received my payment! The customer service was impressive too. When I faced a minor issue with my account, there were some delays, but I never felt neglected; they stayed with me until everything was sorted out. Kudos to TTC for their support!

I feel completely ignored by this company. After successfully passing the challenge and submitting the necessary ID documents, I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve reached out multiple times, but again—nothing. It’s frustrating. Honestly, their customer support is laughable. Either they’re operating a scam, or their customer service is severely lacking.

I’ve been trading with them for several years now, and I must say, their recent decision to make the challenge period unlimited is a fantastic move. I initially came aboard back in 2020, when the challenge was definitely more challenging, yet I found this firm to be superior to FTMO, even though at that time, not many people knew who they were. Honestly, they’ve changed my life for the better. Currently, I manage over $1 million in capital with them, and I take a cautious approach to trading. Achieving that level of capital took a lot of hard work, and now I consistently earn around 0.5% to 1% each month, which has completely transformed my life. I highly recommend this firm—any competent trader should have no trouble passing their challenge.

After exploring numerous proprietary trading firms, I came across this one, which seems to offer the most appealing terms. With a maximum drawdown of 12% and a daily leverage of 6%, it stands out in the market. Plus, their challenges are very reasonably priced, making it an excellent choice for traders looking for value.
I received my credentials shortly after making my purchase, which was a pleasant surprise.

The customer service here is truly disappointing. I’ve successfully passed phase 1, yet I’ve sent over a dozen emails without receiving a single response. This whole situation has been incredibly stressful and has taken a toll on my mental well-being. I feel completely left in the dark about what’s happening. Based on their business practices, I can’t shake the feeling that this company might be a fraud. It’s clear they aren’t prioritizing their traders; if they truly cared, they would put in more effort to ensure we have what we need, including timely communication, payouts, and responses. Unfortunately, they are failing miserably in this area. I’m very disturbed and disappointed by this entire experience. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to any serious trader looking for a place to grow; it’s evident that they don’t care at all.

I frequently evaluate proprietary trading firms, and I recently had the opportunity to test The Trading Capital. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my experience and can confidently recommend it to fellow traders. They have solid trading parameters and their customer service is notably prompt. I’ve successfully received three payouts so far. It’s important to me to wait and see multiple payouts before formulating a thorough review of a prop firm. I would rate them 4 out of 5. The only aspect that I feel could be improved is their dashboard, which is currently lacking.

Having been a client of this firm for over a year, I can share both the challenges and successes I’ve experienced. Initially, they were quite understaffed, which unfortunately led to some delays in various processes. While my Phase 1 and Phase 2 credentials were provided on schedule, I encountered some hold-ups with my inquiries, and receiving my live account—for a 200K investment—took about a week.
However, I recently passed the 500K challenge, and to my surprise, I received my live account linked to my existing one in just three days, bringing my total to 700K. It seems they have addressed their staffing issues, as communication has markedly improved. Although my trading success hasn’t been consistent every month, I have received all qualified payouts without any issues.

This company is fantastic. My experience has been excellent overall. While there were some delays in email responses, it’s easy to see why—they’re growing rapidly. I recently received my second payout, and I thought it was time to share a positive review.
I did struggle with my first challenge but successfully passed with my free retry. Just this week, I’ve received my live account, and I’m already up by 2%! I’m really happy with my progress and plan to take a conservative approach moving forward!

TTC is a solid proprietary trading firm that I would say measures up well against others like FTMO and TFT. Initially, I considered going with MYFF, but their history didn’t sit right with me. What I really appreciate about TTC is that it’s based in Canada and doesn’t have that overwhelming popularity of some larger firms. Instead, it has a more niche appeal that I find appealing.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. I recently took on a $500,000 challenge, and after needing a redo, reaching out has proved nearly impossible. For weeks now, I’ve sent emails and tried live chat, yet there’s been no response—it’s frustrating when no one seems to be available at any hour. At this point, I can’t help but feel that my investment is squandered if this is the level of support I receive before even requesting a payout after successfully completing the challenge.

It truly saddens me to write this review, as I had high hopes that this firm would become my new trading home, complete with the best trading environment, fair rules, and MT4!
I’ve been with them for a while now, and while I struggled to pass a challenge initially, I finally succeeded!
However, it has now been nine business days since I completed Phase 2, and I still haven’t received my credentials. This unexpected delay has cost me two weeks of potential trading, which is incredibly anxiety-inducing. I can’t help but wonder if they will even issue a payout after the two-week mark.
Communication is solely via email, and while I’ve reached out several times, responses aren’t exactly timely. In fact, this is the longest I’ve ever waited for customer service to get back to me. After 48 hours, I received a reply stating I would need to wait another 48 hours, but still, I haven’t heard back.
I do wish there were other avenues for communication; it’s frustrating there’s no phone support, Discord, or Telegram options.
We’ll just have to wait and see, but I would be more than willing to update my review if they resolve this situation. I was eager to purchase more challenges, as I genuinely appreciated the trading environment they offer.
