My experience with this trading firm was quite disappointing. I found myself unable to withdraw my commissions, which was incredibly frustrating. The customer service left much to be desired; it was slow and often unfriendly. Interestingly, they only seem to respond quickly when it comes to online reviews. For anyone looking for a profitable trading experience, I cannot recommend this company at all. Instead, I would suggest checking out SPLC, as they have demonstrated reliable results.

Edit: While the firm is eager for feedback, it seems that there’s a disconnect, as clients rarely receive any meaningful outreach. I’ve reached out to their support numerous times, but to no avail.
The company underwent a server migration that lasted from early June until September. They did communicate about this issue, which is commendable. According to their policy, if a customer ends up with a negative balance, they would reset the account to the original balance. However, there was a significant issue that came to light involving Topten. For reasons I’m unsure of, some clients with negative balances had their accounts reset to a positive state, while others, including myself, were left with their negative balances intact. I contacted support for clarification, but unfortunately, I was met with repeated replies that remediation was not possible. It’s curious how repairs could be applied in certain cases but not others. After three months of inaccessibility to an account I’ve paid for, I’ve seen no gesture of goodwill from the company towards its clients.

This situation raises significant concerns, especially for those who have worked hard to attract new clients. It’s concerning to think about what might happen when it’s time for withdrawals from the accounts of clients with funded accounts. Overall, it’s hard to shake the feeling that this has turned into a scam. I find it difficult to trust this firm.
