They claim to not permit U.S. traders, yet you still find U.S. traders operating on their platforms. It just doesn’t add up. Either they should accept U.S. clients or not, plain and simple. Refund my money or do something—because there’s truly no point in this situation. Surely, this can’t be lawful.

I purchased a challenge and started trading on a platform that I found to be utterly unhelpful. Shortly after, I received an email stating that I had violated the time limit. This was puzzling since I had only begun trading a few days prior. When I reached out to their support team, I learned that I had only seven days to hit a 5% target — a requirement that seems absurd in an industry where time constraints are often more flexible.
When I first signed up, the description mentioned unlimited time, but suddenly changing that mid-challenge feels like deceptive practice, reminiscent of tactics used by many fraudulent prop firms. Furthermore, their platform is anything but user-friendly. They seem to be targeting gamblers who might manage to hit that 5% only to ultimately blow their accounts once funded. Honestly, seven days to achieve a 5% gain is the worst limit I’ve encountered anywhere in this field.
I’m also prepared to go through my bank to reclaim my funds. After making the payment, I did not receive any confirmation outlining the seven-day restriction for achieving 5% profit. A reputable prop firm would clearly communicate such vital information after purchase so that traders understand the timeline necessary to pass. If you look at their advertisements, you won’t find anything indicating that you’re limited to just seven days for that target, which is an unreasonably short time frame. They don’t seem to be searching for genuine traders; instead, they appear to be after gamblers. Consider this a warning: steer clear of them. My battle to recover my money is just getting started, and I’m not giving up any time soon.
